The neighbor the middle bedroom shares a wall with ran up the stairs in the middle of the night, waking us up. Then there was an altercation in the parking lot behind the unit which LAPD responded to. Woke the whole house up. If not for the noise, place would've been perfect.”

“This property was perfect for our group of 6 (three adults, three kids). There were some snacks available upon our arrival and there is a grocery store right next door. Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient and I appreciated the security of the gate around the property. Our minivan fit into the garage, however it is a tight fit so everyone would get out of the van before my husband parked the car. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Shawn’s place!”

“We had a good 4 night stay at this property overall. Area at night can be a bit sketchy with quite a lot of homeless people however once you take Ubers/taxis instead of walking this wasn't a problem. only negative point would be that pretty much all the furniture in the property could do with being replaced or at least repainted. majority of it was chipped, dirty or very old. Otherwise good stay at this property and convenient location for all tourist attractions.”

“We stayed for a week. It's a great location if you're wanting to go to Griffith observatory, Universal studios, Warner Brothers and just explore Hollywood. The off street parking is very nice because it is a neighborhood so the parking along the street is usually full. Shawn and his team were kind and helpful during our stay as well. Would recommend this location to any friend who wants to stay in that area.”

“The most important thing to me was that you could actually LIVE in this airbnb. The rules were reasonable and I didn't feel like I was in a museum or part of the clean up crew. The next coolest thing was the sheer amount of restaurants in the area - you can eat whatever you want. The home is beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. There's a TV in every bedroom! And you can pull your car right up to the front door. I would definitely stay here again.”

“A really comfy stay. The location is in a really nice location and I always felt safe staying there. It’s a very quiet place to stay despite being in the city, you can obviously expect the usual sounds of the city, but nothing aside from the occasional siren. It’s what being in the city is :) Shawn was excellent at responding and always followed up with any messages within just a few minutes. We had a very lovely time :)”
