We stayed at Shawn’s listing on a mother/daughter trip and found it easily accessible to the things that we wanted to do while in LA before headed out to our next stop. Shawn was quick to respond when we ran into an issue at the property and and worked to fix it within 2 hours. We would stay at the property if we returned to LA.”

“We just spent three fabulous days in La La Land in Shawn’s house. The location was very close to Hollywood and within easy walking distance of the great sites. I would warn anyone who is not used to big cities that there are homeless camps nearby. We expected this and we still felt very very safe in the house and neighborhood. The house is a bit older but was comfortable and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Shawn was quick to answer any questions and was a fabulous host.”

The place was extremely clean, very comfortable, and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Endroit très bien situé a 5 minutes de marche d’Hollywood boulevard. Porte d’entrée difficile à ouvrir. Il y a 3 chambres fermées et 4 lits. Il y a un lit d’appoint dans serré qu’on peut utiliser mais je n’aurais pas aimé dormir dedans. Parfait si vous ne voulez pas manger au restaurant tout votre séjour il y a suffisamment de verres, ustensiles et assiettes. Et en terminant, vous pouvez faire le lavage tous les jours pratique au retour à la maison 😉.”

“Shawn is a really great communicator and even let us check in early. The location is very convenient, right in the heart and center of LA. The Airbnb is located on the street right next to Hollywood Blvd. The living room was kind of dark and had some mosquitos but it’s okay if you spend most of the day outside busy with activities. The pillows and mattresses were super soft and made sleeping effortless.”

“Shawn’s place was PERFECT for a visit while attending a concert at Hollywood Palladium. The location is so great. We could walk or rent scooters everywhere. The house is great, very clean, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the availability of parking for plenty of cars in the driveway. We felt safe in this location as well.
