“Great location! It was very convenient to visit the Hollywood, the Observatory and explore a lot of great restaurants nearby. The home was very clean and well-maintained, and the garage was a really nice touch. We had a very comfortable stay!”

“Love the house and location, he is very responsive I give the experience and overall 5 star”

“We made an excellent choice selecting this property for our family of five's visit to Los Angeles for 4 days. Adjacent to all things LA, it was easily accessible to freeways and main streets while being quiet and private and safe/secure. The multi level layout of this private unit provides excellent rest space and privacy/quietness, with choices inside for social hangouts. Very close walk to an amazing supermarket for home cooking and supplies. We will stay here again. Thank you!”

“The host was very proactive in helping us, the room was clean and new, and the location was great.”

“Shawn was a great host. Our family was in a tough spot having already had another Airbnb booked but needing another very last minute due to the first booking being unsafe to stay in. Shawn was very accommodating and responsive. His listing was as described and looked just the photos. We vacationed with our 4 kids and had more than enough room the entire time. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Shawn was able to host us at the last minute. Everything exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean. Shawn, went above and beyond, especially with the amenities. Having toiletries, snacks, utensils, a television in every room, etc., was greatly appreciated. The location was safe. The location was close to everywhere we visited. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“AmaZING place, I’ll definitely return a few more times even tho a spider got in the house lol (we can’t stop nature) I still enjoyed and will return when I’m back in LA. The host was amazing and even sent donuts as a departing gift. I knew that gift alone was worth the whole stay. Lol I’m a sucker for donuts”

“Shawn’s place was amazing place to stay in. A nice quiet neighborhood near everything and nicely upkeep property”

“We had a pleasant vacation; there were 4 adults and 3 children in the home. We'd love to come again!”

“Wonderful host he was very responsive, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.”

“Nice home, superbly clean. Spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Would stay again!”

“The place is nice. Comfortable beds, a weird access to the garage, but not a big deal. Everything worked. I would stay here again. The only reason I couldn't not give him a perfect review was with a hiccup when we arrived and not getting access. Shawn did his best to make this right afterwards, and I thank him for that. I believe most check in experiences go smoothly so I would not stress about this too much.”

“we had a last-minute booking and Sean was very responsive and the place was exactly as described”

“Very convenient location, check-in was also very smooth ~ The host responded enthusiastically and quickly, and also prepared snacks!Very considerate ~”

“I made a reservation in a hurry because there was a problem with the Airbnb I originally booked, but I was thankful for the kind and quick response. The house was very clean and the kitchen utensils were perfect It was really comfortable for a large family to stay because it was equipped I also ate the snacks you provided. Thanks to you, the whole family I had a comfortable and happy stay.”

“It's too noisy outside. At night, the heating was extremely noisy. I was woken up a couple times by heating system.”

“I was pleased with this stay! Shawn was very gracious in being flexible in some aspects of our trip which i truly appreciated.”

“Comfortable place for 4 people (or even more if some are sharing rooms). The bedrooms are spread out over three separate floors, and each has a bathroom, so it's very convenient for a larger group.”

“We have stayed 4 nights, with some friends (family trip - party of 7 in total). Everything was simply perfect! The house is very nice, well equipped and practical. Shawn is extremely organized. We felt at home but also in a very nice hotel 😄.”

“Last minute booking - I was with my business partner and my son with his business partner, two cars, so understandably the host had some questions: "4 guys? This is not a party place". I am a host myself and totally get that! We loved the place. Clean, great location, everything you need, responsive host. Great value. Would stay again for sure.”

“Shawn is a very helpful landlord, even though we had a little problem with the door lock, he responded so quickly to solve the problem. The house is absolutely clean we all like it very much.
