“When it comes to “Gateway to Hollywood” let me tell you GREAT PROPERTY and even greater host. The home was very secure and in a part of town where everything needed was accessible. Very responsive and attentive team… they even sent a very tasty welcoming gift. 10/10 stay would definitely recommend.”

“A spacious and beautiful 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom townhome right in LA. Close to everything in the city but private. Lots of places to eat right out on the surrounding streets. Our family of 4 adults —1 being a senior—found this stay to be a great getaway with all the comforts of home. TVs in every room so that each of us had the option to retreat to our own private space. It was a perfect stay for us all!”

“Shawn was an outstanding host. Very friendly and responsive! My family and I had to book last minute so we really appreciated his responsiveness and the fact that the place ended being great! We were 6 total and everyone had their own space for privacy and a nice so to come together. I had to work early mornings so the downstairs bedroom was perfect! Overall would definitely recommend!”

“Great place to stay! Nearby a lot of attractions! Easy to find and communicate with host! Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!”

“1. The host communicated very promptly. 2. Four bedrooms are enough for 8 people, but the rearmost of the two parking spaces requires some parking skills. 3. The room was clean and well-equipped, as shown in the pictures. 4. The location is very convenient, with fast food restaurants and grocery stores nearby, but the soundproofing isn't great.”

“I had a great time staying here! Shawn was very accommodating, communicative, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The instructions and expectations for both the host and guests were clear, which made everything easy to understand. The property was easy to access, and the entire stay was completely stress-free. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to book again in the future.”

We would happily book again and highly recommend it to future guests.”

“What a great spot! We shared this with another family and the layout was perfect. Enough space for each family to have a little privacy and comfortable communal rooms. Around the corner from tasty restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Plus a garage for secure parking! It was the prefect spot for us to rest after a long day of enjoying the beach. Would highly recommend.”

“Our stay was very comfortable for 7 individuals. Really nice to have so many en suite bathrooms. The townhouse was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals. The linens and towels were great and the bathrooms had really nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gels. Shawn communicated very well both before and after our stay. I highly recommend this townhouse!”
