“This place was just what I was looking to find for my 5 night stay in California. The weather was perfect for spending a whole day at the pool. The house is huge, cozy, and air conditioned. Shops and restaurants are a quick drive away and the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. I would definitely book Shawn’s place again. It’s a great family friendly home. He’s also a very nice, honest, responsive, and understanding host and his house is as described.”

“First off let me say that Shawn is a very good host. He was attentive and helpful. We have a big family and was worried about the size of the house. Well, I had nothing to worry about. The house was big enough and even had a pack n play for the baby to sleep in. The pool was a big hit with the kids. It was beautifully maintained. The area was safe and the location was ideal for the places we visited. Overall, the house was very clean I’m so very happy that we chose the house instead of a hotel.”

“Privacy, pool, beautiful backyard, clean, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and LOCATION!!! I stayed with my family of 4 and this house was perfect for us (easily can accommodate more people). Shawn and team are very responsive, helpful and friendly. There is a Trader Joe’s one block away, 7Eleven and more!! Universal Studios is just 15/20 min driving and Malibu 35 min.
