“Great family home near Universal Studios and Hollywood, Santa Monica. Area was peaceful and walkable to Trader Joe’s. The house is as the pics; very clean and roomy. Kitchen is very well equipped and spacious to cook and dine in. Owner was very welcoming and communication was great. My children loved the pool and we loved feeling at home without being at home.”

“Los Angeles is generally a driving city, but there's a little bit of convenience shopping available at the end of the block, so that was a plus. The kitchen/eating area are clean stocked and spacious; the Keurig was a nice touch. Honestly,it's just a nice spot with a clean pool and plenty of space, great spot to host a family!”

“We came to LA for a concert at the Hollywood bowl, this was a perfect location. It was cute (love the faux plant touches) clean, and comfortable! And the swimming pool was excellent! If you're going into the city, definitely need a car! Would highly recommend!”

“Beautiful, chill house, close to everything, only wish I could have stayed longer! Inside everything is modern, simple and clean and the nicest backyard ever. My favorite day chilling, having lunch by the pool in the backyard, then taking a Uber to Santa Monica for dinner. My sons was Universal Studios and my daughter’s was all the shopping-L.A. Marshall’s and Brandy Melville. Everything is within a half hour.”

“This house was exactly as pictured. It was about 30 minute drive from everything my teens wanted to do. The pool is a nice size and fairly deep. The BBQ grill was nice to use. There is a Vons grocery store about 3 minutes away by car. The host was very responsive. Area was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.”
