Everything was very clean, and even though the rain kept us out of the pool, we still had a fantastic time. The girls loved the bedroom area - with there being a connection between two rooms and the arcade games in middle. The girls especially had a blast swimming with the water slide and diving board!! The only thing that was a little difficult for us was the parking but it’s absolutely not any reason not to come to this great house ! We were close to my nephew and a short drive to his school in Malibu. The pool was perfect and entertained the younger family members. Close to restaurants in Calabasas and Westlake Village. We truly had a wonderful time and it worked out perfectly. We had a couple of issues pop up but Shawn was very responsive, helpful and worked quickly to resolve the issue.”

The living room is very comfy for a movie or the patio area in the back equipped with a tv is a nice added touch. “This average size house has been ingeniously fixed to handle a large group with a variety of plans! Areas to hang out, games, bbq, pool, ping pong, eating areas, etc. it was great. The amenities were sensible and communication was excellent. Accessible location if you’re a tourist and door codes and gate made life easy.”
