“Great place to stay with a family. Stones throw from the beach. Small but functional kitchen, with everything you need to cook for the littles. Washer/dryer on site, easy in and out of your own garage spots. Would absolutely book again.”

“Best stay ever! From the easy communication with our host, excellent location a block away from the beach. Groceries and Costco less than a 10-min drive. Restaurants and bars a 5-min walk. The hosts were thoughtful and detailed with what they put in their homes — cookware, knife set, coffee maker. Very clean home, smart furniture choices with the coastal vibe. Thanks Shawn and Team for a memorable stay!”

“We loved the location; steps from the beach and Venice pier. For a longer walk, we would easily get to nearby places like Abbot Kinney, the Canals, or Marina del Rey boat harbor. The home was nice and bright, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. It was a special bonus to have a large sauna in the house. Family of 4 agreed this was a great place to stay.”

“We LOVE this beautiful space. Because of the two floor layout we were able to accommodate more and less mobile folks in our family, which was amazing. The patio is gorgeous and we walked to the beach and the nearby shops and restaurants daily. Will definitely be back!”

“AMAZING!!! SO close to the beach and everything in Venice Beach. Also, having the garage access was incredible and very helpful!!! We have a big GMC truck - it fit. We all noticed how clean the linens smelled! I want to live there!!!”

“Great location. Clean updated house with everything you need. Easy check-in/check-out. Having 2 garage parking stalls is a huge plus. Great communication from host.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. It's a vibrant neighborhood with lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. We loved being so close to the beach. This was a great place to stay and exactly as described. Such a cute house and well set up for some relaxing days near the beach.”

“Una excelente experiencia, todo perfecto Muchas gracias Claro que si me volvería a hospedar”

“We absolutely loved staying at this place. It had an amazing location: walk to the beach, walk to the bars, and walk to the restaurants. We felt safe and secure the entire time. The patio was amazing, and they were incredibly responsive and flexible, even allowing us to add a day to our reservation. We will be staying here again”

“We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! Super clean spacious house, very well stocked kitchen (with a welcome basket and variety of coffee pods), 2 minute walk to the Venice pier, fast responses and helpful information from Shawn. Be sure to follow Shawn's directions: the place is not hard to find, but Google maps is wrong.”

“Great location and the place was immaculate . Beach right there as were the restaurants.”

“Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Nur wenige Schritte vom Venice Beach entfernt. Und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es sind eigentlich zwei Wohneinheiten mit einem Treppenhaus verbunden. Man hat fußläufig viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Shawn ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und war immer gut erreichbar.”

“We had a great stay and would definitely give it 5 stars. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach is genuinely within walking distance, which was a big plus. Having two bathrooms was also very convenient for our group. There is a sauna as well, although we didn’t get a chance to use it. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!”

“This was a Great place in a perfect location. Lots of useful amenities provided by Shawn. We loved it!”

“Shawn is a great host. Very responsive and friendly. Home is nice and great location. Thank you for the stay.”

“Excellent spacious condo. Well stocked modern kitchen. Nice roomy living room and relaxing patio with amenities for dining and grilling. Right next to Venice Beach, restaurants and Starbucks all less than a minute or two walk. Host Shawn was very helpful and accommodating. Area is private, peaceful in a very nice beach neighborhood. We will definitely return when we are back in area.”

“First class all the way - from communication to helping with questions to suggesting fun activities to a wonderful home in the heart of things. Thank you Shawn, it was an amazing vacation and right when we needed it, thanks to you!”

“Absolutely amazing home and location. The house is even better than the pictures. Clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Literally a 20 second walk to the beach. Shawn is an excellent host and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My family is already asking when we can go back. If you’re looking for the best beach house on Venice Beach this is the place!”

“This was a beautiful place within a few steps from the beach. We loved that Shawn sent us restaurant ideas and had beach chairs and supplies handy. The two outside patio areas were wonderful for morning coffee and we arrived to find snacks waiting for us. Lots of small touches that were very much appreciated. I will stay here again.”

“Great location, host is very responsive and accommodating. Short walk to the beach!”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this home, mainly due to the proximity of the beach and the quiet courtyard and path in front of the home. We enjoyed spending evenings having wine watching the beach goers pass by. The fire table would be lovely in cooler weather. We enjoyed having the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella to use at the beach. Shawn was a great host, always helpful and responsive.”

“The stay was great. Looked exactly like the photos. Comfortable beds. Amazing location, we could walk right to the beach. It was very clean and well decorated. It was nice to have multiple outdoor sitting areas. The host was very kind and responsive. Would happily stay again!”

“Great location with proximity to beach and very walkable to restaurants, bars and Venice Beach attractions. The townhouse is definitely crowded for 8 people but can be fun if you don’t mind sleeping close together and are not looking for high end accommodations.”

“This is a great place to stay with a group. Perfect for a quick beach vacation. The beds were very comfortable and we had enough linens and towels for our large crew. Shawn and his team were really responsive. We had a small issue with the dryer in the unit so washing clothes was a challenge. Shawn was responsive and while we couldn't get the dryer fixed, the rest of the stay was great. This is our second summer staying at one of Shawn's properties and we'll be back.”

“Great property, so close to the beach! Hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. We would love to return!”

“Thank you Shawn. We had an amazing time and absolutely loved the beach house! It was perfect💜”

“The apartment is at a great location. Very walkable but at the same time quiet enough to sleep with open windows. Great place!”

“Shawn’s place was Great. The location is a 100 yards from the beach and restaurants. You can leave your car in the garage and do everything just by walking. We also did the 3 mile walk from Venice Pier to the Santa Monica Pier and did all the Rides. Definitely worth it. 5 Star review all day long.”

“There were 6 of us at the condo and we all enjoyed the fresh air, our time at the beach, sitting together on the porch. The younger ones enjoyed the nearby place to get snacks and lunch. The condo is well equipped and one night we watched the world cup on the giant TV. It was a wonderful spot for a family reunion.”

“Spectacular location just a block from the beach with the convenience of local life and restaurants of Venice beach steps away. Layout of the home is great with divided sleeping areas, outdoor patio (getting a nice ocean breeze) and well appointed interior living room areas comfortable for lounging together with friends/family or for some private space. Shawn was friendly and proactive in communication, overall a great experience.”
