“Great location for our Universal Studios visit. Walkable, but our kiddos were tired and it was very hot—so also a quick/cheap ride share to Universal. Great check in instructions, food and groceries close by, clean and comfortable space. We would definitely stay again. Host was also a great communicator and responsive when needed.”

“We had a great stay- unit was clean, within walking distance to Universal, and had other conveniences within walking distance. Especially liked Sweet Lilly Bakery. Also convenient to other attractions like the Hollywood sign, Walk of Fame, St. Monica Pier, the Grove, and La Brea Tar Pits. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions on accessing the unit. Parking garage was a definite plus.”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our visit. It’s only a few minutes to Universal Studios. Very close to so many great restaurants. In and Out is just up the street and walking distance. The condo looks new and has modern kitchen with all needed appliances and dishes. A bedroom for each bedroom. Comfy beds. Highly recommend”

The kitchen is pristine and had all the necessary cooking supplies. We enjoyed the living room and large laundry toom. The baedroom were clean with beautiful decor and comfy beds. The private bathrooms were a huge plus...very close to universal studios. We LOVE this home. We would love to return when in the area.”

“We had a great stay! The place was really nice and exceptionally clean, which we truly appreciated. It even came with snacks at check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. Having a private parking spot in the garage made everything feel very safe and convenient. I drive a large Ford Raptor and ended up parking on the street without any issues at all, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.”

“Great location for our universal studios stay. The home is really nice and had the things we needed to stay comfortably. We did opt to park at the studios parking garage but only because we figured after a long day of walking we would be too tired to walk back in the evening. Personally for us Glad we did. But if you are young and physically fit you can walk it just fine. The street is a bit busy but that wasn’t a worry as the location was great and the home was beautiful.”

It is a great location, clean, close to Universal, Hollywood walk of fame, and the museum district. It is also close to a Ralph’s grocery store, Starbucks and other local restaurants. Lastly we felt safe in the neighborhood and townhome and that is extremely important to us. We would stay again!”
