“Great location for our Universal Studios visit. Walkable, but our kiddos were tired and it was very hot—so also a quick/cheap ride share to Universal. Great check in instructions, food and groceries close by, clean and comfortable space. We would definitely stay again. Host was also a great communicator and responsive when needed.”

“We had a great stay- unit was clean, within walking distance to Universal, and had other conveniences within walking distance. Especially liked Sweet Lilly Bakery. Also convenient to other attractions like the Hollywood sign, Walk of Fame, St. Monica Pier, the Grove, and La Brea Tar Pits. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions on accessing the unit. Parking garage was a definite plus.”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our visit. It’s only a few minutes to Universal Studios. Very close to so many great restaurants. In and Out is just up the street and walking distance. The condo looks new and has modern kitchen with all needed appliances and dishes. A bedroom for each bedroom. Comfy beds. Highly recommend”

“Great location if you are going to Universal Studios. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. The only bad things I have to say are that the floors were extremely dirty (causing our socks to look super filthy), one mattress is sunken (unable to sleep on) and the living furniture was very uncomfortable.”

“This is a great town house and conveniently location for Universal Studios. Note that the property is located right on a busy road with minimal noise insulation and lacking decent window furnishing (just thin blinds) to help with sound a light. But still preferred over a hotel if visiting Universal Studios. Secure parking for your vehicle is also great.”
