“Very convenient location. Had everything we needed. Host left a basket of snacks and lots of Keurig coffee. Enjoyed our stay and hope to stay for longer. Thank you!!”

“Great location for our Universal Studios visit. Walkable, but our kiddos were tired and it was very hot—so also a quick/cheap ride share to Universal. Great check in instructions, food and groceries close by, clean and comfortable space. We would definitely stay again. Host was also a great communicator and responsive when needed.”

“We had a great stay- unit was clean, within walking distance to Universal, and had other conveniences within walking distance. Especially liked Sweet Lilly Bakery. Also convenient to other attractions like the Hollywood sign, Walk of Fame, St. Monica Pier, the Grove, and La Brea Tar Pits. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions on accessing the unit. Parking garage was a definite plus.”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our visit. It’s only a few minutes to Universal Studios. Very close to so many great restaurants. In and Out is just up the street and walking distance. The condo looks new and has modern kitchen with all needed appliances and dishes. A bedroom for each bedroom. Comfy beds. Highly recommend”

“Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at this location for Universal Studios. Shawn made sure to keep in touch and check in that we had everything we needed. It was very closely located to Universal Studios and walkable for my family. The townhouse was very clean and exactly as pictured. The check-in/check-out instructions were very straightforward and easy. Overall a very enjoyable stay!”

“Stayed here on a family trip to Universal and LOVED it! The space is beautiful and comfortable, amenities are great and as listed. It exceeded expectations for sure. Area is overall peaceful and a quick commute to universal studios. Would 100% recommend Joe’s falafel a few doors down as well. Delicious food and kind staff!”

“It was convenient being walking distance from Universal Studious and some restaurants. Shawn was also an incredibly attentive host and made everything simple.”

“This place was such a great location if you’re going to Universal. We easily Uber’d to some of places. The place itself was in a beautiful neighborhood but still accessible to restaurants. It was clean and had everything you think you need. I loved that there were lots of places to hang out. The party people were able to hang out while I was able to hang out in the patio in my room while my other son had the entire area downstairs (literally could be a studio).”

“Shawn was very quick to respond and accommodating where required. Also provided some sweet treats for us which were unexpected. Would definitely recommend for others to use. Thanks Shawn for your hospitality.”

“Thank you for having us on such sort notice, the place was very clean and private, the neighborhood is a very quiet place, it’s a very centric place to stay if you’re going to Universal Hollywood or just have plans for the weekend around LA area.”

“This place was great!! Is just a few minutes walking to Universal Studios Hollywood!! The apartment was clean, and comfortable!! We have a good time with my family!!! Thank you for everything Shawn!!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s townhome and will be back soon! We loved the quiet and clean interior, easy access to Universal Studios and nearby restaurants, and great communication by Shawn throughout the whole process.”

“This was an awesome stay for Our family of 4! We got great sleep and Loved the gated garage. Very clean and spacious! We hope to stay here again in the future!”

“We really enjoyed Shawn's place. Very clean and overall comfortable space. The private garage parking was a big plus. Felt very safe. Close and easy access to Universal. Shawn himself was super responsive and gave detailed instructions, which were much appreciated. Overall, this was a great experience for us and our family!”

“We were pleased with the property. Very clean and good communication with the host.”

“Shawn was very responsive in responding to all of our questions. Parking was limited. Our SUV had to park at a diagonal in the garage, we had to park the other vehicle down the street. The first floor has a sofa bed in the living room by the kitchen. Three of the bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. Downstairs is another couch that doubles as a bed. There was only one set of extra sheets for the two "sofabeds". The beds in the bedroom were comfortable and the location was great!”

“This location was perfect for our Universal Studios trip. It’s walkable to the park and had a grocery store and lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. The home itself fit all of our guests. We would definitely stay there again in the future.”

“Shawn was very easy to communicate with. The condo itself is just what we needed.”

“We had a great stay! The house was clean, exactly as described, and had plenty of room for our family of 7 adults. The location was perfect for visiting Universal Studios, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this home!”

“Wonderfully close to Universal Studios, AND comfy beds! This place was perfect for our family trip. It’s not often I stay at an Airbnb and have the thought “I should come back to this exact spot,” but the first impression was great and the night’s sleep (comfortable and quiet; even my teenage daughter commented on her rest in the 2nd bedroom) was an unexpected surprise. Grateful to the host for making it easy and enjoyable.”

“Excellent option if you want to be close to the action while still having a quiet stay. Highly recommended!”

“I brought my wife and three kids “ two of which have autism”. We made a universal trip out of it and I will say the place and location were perfect, the host Shawn was very responsive even late at night. Definitely recommend this spot for your future LA trip”

“Our family had amazing stay here. Host communicated quickly & went above & beyond when our family ran into an issue with a different property and had to find another house same day. Host organized cleaning and helped us check-in within hours of booking. House was clean & comfortable. Location was incredible and convenient for trip to universal. Would stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful experience renting from Shawn. He was quick to communicate and respond. The house was perfect for our family of 6 traveling to CA to visit Universal Studios. It was clean, well stocked, and quiet. We had everything we needed available. I highly recommend this new beautiful home, in the perfect location. We will gladly hope to come again soon.”
