“Great home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities, especially in the kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, cutting board, knives, etc.). The place was perfect for our family of 4, with TVs in every room and some games for us to play. Shawn was super responsive and helpful with questions we had on the first day. Great host!”

“Perfect setup for my entire family of 4 adults and 2 teens. House felt brand new with quality and tasteful furnishings, linen, appliances and excellent central AC/heating. Location was convenient and near the freeway but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Pool was heated for a reasonable extra charge and was great to relax in even in the winter. Shawn is obviously an experienced and great host who clearly knows how to please his guests. Will be back!”

“Shawn was a very responsive host and his house is immaculate. the beds are the most comfortable we've experienced in a rental house. Be aware that the key pads to open the front gate and the front door are very hard to see at night and you will need to use a flashlight to use them. Additionally, if you have mobility challenged people in your group, there are no railings on the stairs in the house to get to the dining room or the primary bathroom, or on the three steps to enter the house.”

It would have been nice if the pool was heated. Also, the water in the shower was only lukewarm, which was a little disappointing. “This house was PERFECT for our family.. Shawn is a Great host! The house was clean and the property was well kept. Tons of space, the bedrooms each had a TV & the kids enjoyed the Air Hockey Table. The pool looked clean and well kept, although we did not use it. We loved the convenience of having codes to enter the home. We felt comfortable sleeping in this home, nice neighborhood. Short distance Universal Studios, approximately 20min. We would definitely rent this home again .”

“Great location for guests with multiple attendees. You have to be mindful of noise which was not an issue for us but maybe for others. 25 minute drive to LAX and neighboring places. Side patio has great potential but it is not connected directly to the house which made us not really to use it. Overall it was great for the purpose of our trip and Shawn was very communicative and even let us check in early.”
