“The house is within walking distance to Universal studios and studio city. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the shades let in a ton of light so it was honestly kind of hard to sleep. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and the house is beautiful and very clean.”

“Shawn’s place was beautiful. Great location and all the amenities were provided. The only downfall was that after the 3rd person took a shower on checkout day, there was no more hot water for the remaining 4 people that needed to shower. That was not an issue on Saturday, so not sure what happened on Sunday. Other than that, the stay was wonderful and our kids were in awe of the home.”

“To start.... I can not say enough about the host. Shawn has been the most responsive, accommodating , helpful, and understanding host I have ever had the privilege to work with. Location, location, location..... Doesn't get much better than this. The house has been well used, but with that being said, it was very clean, linens were fresh and had most things you need while away from home.”

“Shawn’s team was great! I had some issues on the first night checking in because it was dark and I didn’t realize the key pad was ON the door and not in a box. Shawn’s team kept in contact with me until I was able to get in. Space was nice and clean. About a 15-20 min walk to Universal. Walking back is much easier, all down hill.”
