It is surprisingly close to Universal (and anything you might need), but it still truly felt isolated from the bustle of the city. Shawn was incredibly responsive in his communications. “Shawn’s place was beautiful. Great location and all the amenities were provided. The only downfall was that after the 3rd person took a shower on checkout day, there was no more hot water for the remaining 4 people that needed to shower. That was not an issue on Saturday, so not sure what happened on Sunday. Other than that, the stay was wonderful and our kids were in awe of the home.”

Location, location, location..... Doesn't get much better than this. The house has been well used, but with that being said, it was very clean, linens were fresh and had most things you need while away from home.”

Shawn’s team kept in contact with me until I was able to get in. Space was nice and clean. About a 15-20 min walk to Universal. Walking back is much easier, all down hill.”

“The house was immaculate and just as described. The proximity to Universal Studios was ideal. The only drawbacks was Parking. The garage was tiny and is best suited for a compact car, street parking was tough to find and was limited to 2 hours from 8am-6pm.”
