“One thing that we didn't know for sure before we booked the place. If you are going to universal, this place cannot be beat. The apartment is indeed walking distance from Universal. It's half a mile (10 mins) to the start of city walk and another 10 mins to get to the park entry.”

“Stayed at Shawn's for my family's first trip to universal studios hollywood. it's literally right across the street. you could walk, Uber, or drive and park for $35/day and they let you leave and return from the parking garage as long as you save receipt. one word to plan, the garage at the house is tiny, as advertised. if you have a lift or a suburban plan accordingly. our Sequoia was about half inch too tall. otherwise all was perfect and a fun place!! quiet! loved it and will use it again.”

It has stairs, to get to the apartment and to get to the rooms, it's important to know that, but if you don't have issues with stairs, it is the perfect place. I would use it every time to come to Universal.”
