My only issue was I couldn't check in when I wanted (4 pm) but it wasn't the host's fault and he was very apologetic and nice about it. Even sent me donuts the next morning! “Host was great to work with, very communicative. Place was very clean and well stocked with cooking supplies. Prime spot to stay especially if you want to go to Universal Studios. it's a 5-6 min drive or a 20 min walk. Only thing I should've brought was a fan. My family and I are those that like the cool air hitting you as you sleep and the white noise. Everything was as described in the post. Overall great stay. Would definitely reserve again.”

It is clean and accurately described and we great stay. As stated this isn’t a party house and landlord is concerned about noise disturbing the neighbours so not a house for you if you’re looking for a party pad in the hills. Would definitely stay again”

“This is a great space for 4-5 people looking to go to universal or downtown. It is in walking distance to Universal and several area restaurants (aside from City Walk). The space was super clean, easy to find, offered secure parking, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Shawn communicated well and checked on us (via airbnb messanges) several times to make sure we didn’t need anything or have any questions. Check in and check out were very smooth.”
