“Shawn was extremely accommodating and gave us every bit of info we could possibly need. The area was quiet and really nice. The house was great, I loved the view of the Hollywood sign. Everything we needed was there, including towels, bath essentials and even seasoning. It was clean, easy to access and an overall great stay.”

Easy checkin, clean and amenities as stated were available. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner and was so relieved to see these. Also happy to see coffee available as well! Also loved that we had our own garage space to park our van. Highly recommend Shawn’s place. We will for sure come back the next time we are in town.”

“This property was a great location for our weekend at Universal Studios. Definitely walking distance but we chose to drive. Easy, quick access to the freeway for our drive to the Walk of Fame. Property was very clean and had everything in the kitchen we needed. Loved that we were able to do laundry before we left. Will use again for our next visit and highly recommend. Shawn and his time were very responsive to anything we needed. 5 stars for us!”

“Host was great to work with, very communicative. Place was very clean and well stocked with cooking supplies. Prime spot to stay especially if you want to go to Universal Studios. it's a 5-6 min drive or a 20 min walk. Only thing I should've brought was a fan. My family and I are those that like the cool air hitting you as you sleep and the white noise. Everything was as described in the post. Overall great stay. Would definitely reserve again.”
