“The view from this property is absolutely wonderful with the Hollywood sign right in front of your living room window. Stunning views and location are the real selling points of this house. It is clean and accurately described and we great stay. As stated this isn’t a party house and landlord is concerned about noise disturbing the neighbours so not a house for you if you’re looking for a party pad in the hills. Would definitely stay again”

“This is a great space for 4-5 people looking to go to universal or downtown. It is in walking distance to Universal and several area restaurants (aside from City Walk). The space was super clean, easy to find, offered secure parking, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Shawn communicated well and checked on us (via airbnb messanges) several times to make sure we didn’t need anything or have any questions. Check in and check out were very smooth.”

“Overall this place was very wonderful, the host was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. One of the down sides is if you have more than one vehicle, can only get one in the garage and parking on the street found to be difficult. The walk to universal was longer than what was posted, but still better than parking at universal itself. Had a wonderful experience and the kids had a great trip.”
