“Loved this place!! Shawn was very proactive, responsive, and friendly throughout our stay. The location was perfect and convenient for us, as it was right off the highway. The house was exactly how it was described: super clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Garage tightly fits 2 small cars but street parking is available. Would 100% book this spot again.”

“It’s nice place to live, the environment is very good, I’d love to come here again”

“I stayed here for a week with family. Overall great. Good location, close to a lot of what you’d want to do in the LA area.”

“We enjoyed our brief stay here to allow us to wake up early to go to Universal Studios! The view of the city is beautiful! We appreciated the snacks the host left and the Uno game for our kids to play. The open space and large couch in the living area next to the large windows made our evening very relaxing as we ate supper. Five-star review!”

“Shawn is great. Super helpful and responsive. Would stay here again and recommend to friends”

“A beautiful house and a great location. Shawn was a really helpful and responsive host. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in LA.”

“Shawn was a very communicative host. The property is in a good location and quiet neighborhood with a great view of the Hollywood sign.”

“Rustic beauty atop the hills. Clean, quiet, and spacious. The clear view of fireworks and Harry Potter’s Hogwarts Castle at Universal Studios was a special treat for our 8 YO! Host and his team were super responsive and accomodated our late check out request which eased our travel plans that day. Stay here for a unique stay in LA!”

“Overall this place was very wonderful, the host was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. One of the down sides is if you have more than one vehicle, can only get one in the garage and parking on the street found to be difficult. The walk to universal was longer than what was posted, but still better than parking at universal itself. Had a wonderful experience and the kids had a great trip.”

“My family and I stayed 3 nights here while we went to universal studios and explored the surrounding areas. This apartment was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and look Forward to future stays when we go back to universal. Thank you Shawn & team for a wonderful place for my family and I to stay at for our vacation. Maurisa C”

“Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place on our family trip. My only recommendation would be to get darker window coverings in the master bedroom. It was pretty bright at night and the option to sleep past sunrise is non existent”

“We enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s beautiful home. It is well-stocked and roomy! My family and I spent several days in, playing games and enjoying the living areas. Great place! Peaceful retreat that met all of our needs. We had plenty of room to hang out together and also had privacy in our own bedrooms.”

“Fantastic location, and Shawn is super responsive. Layout of home also keeps a big group from “being on top” of each other which is nice. Super modern finishing and was clearly updated very recently”

“We had a great time at Shawn’s place. Super comfortable and stylish. Great views!! Less than 5 min drive to Universal. We would love to stay there again!”

“Shawn’s house in the Hollywood Hills was perfect for our family trip to Universal. The location and surroundings were incredible. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature with beautiful views but just a minute drive from the Main Street in universal city with everything you need. The house was very comfortable with well stocked kitchen, three large bedrooms, great living areas and large outdoor patio to enjoy the views. Communication was also very easy. I highly recommend.”

“Shawn’s Airbnb was an exceptional find. The cleanliness of the place was remarkable, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Shawn’s communication was highly responsive, ensuring any questions or needs we had were promptly addressed. The beauty and well-equipped nature of the Airbnb added to our overall experience, making it a delightful retreat. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a well-maintained, beautiful, and comfortable accommodation. It truly deserves all the praise!”
