“Our group enjoyed the stay at Shawn's place. The biggest draw is the proximity to Universal Studios - a quick walk or drive up the hill to City Walk. The apartment is on a busy street so there is some street/freeway noise, but overall we felt safe and had a nice stay. Plenty of room for our group of 5. It's within walking distance of some restaurants and convenience stores, but having a car would probably be best - which makes sense in LA! We would definitely stay again.”

We chose the location due to its proximity to Universal Studios. The apartment is located on a somewhat busy/loud street but you wouldn’t know it once you’re inside. The apartment was squeaky clean and very comfortable and we had everything we might need. Would definitely stay again for another Universal Studios trip!”

“Behind several security for in a relatively busy space. I wouldn't call it residential. But it was right next to Universal City and we felt safe inside the building. We didn't use the outside space as the neighbors we having a party and we would have been their only view.”
