“Shawn was an incredibly accommodating host and always available. His place was perfect for our party of 5! Just steps from the beach with lots of beach chairs and a wagon to pull. The entire place was so clean and well kept too. The beds were super comfortable. And the sauna was an extra bonus to enjoy. When we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again! “This was the perfect place for a large family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen completely stocked with all the tools you may need. The outdoor area was perfect for kids to hang out. Everything was exactly as described and you are SO close to the sand.”

“Had a great experience, the space is comfortable, well furnished and very well located. Just pay attention to the bed situation, one of the 3 beds is smaller and tucked to a smaller room. Also, the boardwalk along the beach gets rather sketchy at night (nothing to do with the apartment, just FYI !) would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive!”

“A great find in a perfect spot next to the pier at Marina Del Ray. 2 minutes walk to the beach and the main street with bars and restaurants. Place was like two separate suites with one on each floor giving good privacy for us as friends sharing the house. There is parking in a garage for 2 cars which is also great as it can be very busy at the weekends outside.”

“We had a wonderful experience here! You are steps from the beach but on a private feeling lane. There are a lot of restaurants close by and the walk to Venice is easy. The house was well appointed, clean, and we loved the interior style. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn’t get to use the courtyard, but it was also charming.”

“Very nice home and great area! We were a party of five and this home fit us very well. Very clean home and well equipped. It was a two minute walk to Venice beach and boardwalk as well as numerous restaurants and shops within two minutes! We would hang out on the back deck and sit around the gas fire pit as well as using the gas grill to cook dinner. Shawn was always very responsive with any questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property!”
