“We enjoyed the great location. The access to the beach, and to many nice places to eat made for a great place to stay. The garden area was very pleasant as well. Finally, two separate living spaces were nice, allowing for a bit of downtime when desired.”

“Shawn’s place was great! Shawn was super responsive and very helpful throughout our trip. Would definitely recommend!”

“Thank you very much for everything, your place was everything we were looking for and even more. Take care!”

“We loved our stay! Checking in and out was a breeze and Shawn was helpful before and during our trip. Having the beach steps away was PERFECT for our family and we found plenty to eat in walking distance. We were also very thankful for the parking spot! The upstairs/downstairs set up worked well for our party of 5 (4 adults and one child).”

“The place was perfect for our group of 6. We had ample space and everything we needed. The place didn’t have any air conditioning but the cool ocean breeze kept us comfortable during our stay. Shawn was also very responsive to all our question and concerns”

“Shawn was amazing with communication! The place was awesome. Great location. And spent most of our time on the covered back patio. Very peaceful. Thank you!!”

“Townhouse in Marina del Ray is perfect for a Los Angeles getaway. Great location - 20 minutes from lAX and convenient to Santa Monica and DTLA. Wonderful community and townhouse is steps from the beach and walkable to great restaurants. Two large bedrooms with comfortable beds/linens and a great living space with ocean breezes. Kitchen has all the utensils you need, and beach chairs are provided. Shawn is a great host, helpful and responsive! Would definitely return.”

“Can’t say enough good things about Shawn’s place! Perfect location, comfy beds & furniture, VERY clean & tons to do in the area. We had a blast & would recommend to anyone looking for an ideal Airbnb. Shawn was very responsive and runs his place as described…like a 5 star hotel. Very pleased!!”

“Shawn, thank you for everything. We have enjoyed it from beginning till the end. Lovely place and space. Beautiful area, lovely garden, the squirrels 🐿️ and the hummingbirds. The fireplace where we sat and had beautiful evenings. This place is top 🔝”

“Can’t say enough about this beautiful space. The view. The close by amenities. The SAUNA! The fact that there’s tons of room but it was super cozy. And we love our hosts as well. We will definitely be back!”

“Beautiful apartment 2 steps from the beach. Garage under the accommodation, ideal. Well-equipped kitchen. Shawn is proactive.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. The beach is steps away and we walked to great restaurants and coffee shops (with helpful local recs from the host!). Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in this apartment!”

“The location was perfect, few steps from the beach, you can see the ocean from backyard. Few blocks from restaurants. The apartment is very well decorated and clean!”

“Shawn was an incredibly accommodating host and always available. His place was perfect for our party of 5! Just steps from the beach with lots of beach chairs and a wagon to pull. The entire place was so clean and well kept too. The beds were super comfortable. And the sauna was an extra bonus to enjoy. When we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!”

“This was the perfect place for a large family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen completely stocked with all the tools you may need. The outdoor area was perfect for kids to hang out. Everything was exactly as described and you are SO close to the sand.”

“Had a great experience, the space is comfortable, well furnished and very well located. Just pay attention to the bed situation, one of the 3 beds is smaller and tucked to a smaller room. Also, the boardwalk along the beach gets rather sketchy at night (nothing to do with the apartment, just FYI !) would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive!”

“Such a great location and Shawn is super reliable and responsive! Would stay again :)”

“Shawn was a great host, he’s extremely helpful and responsive. The house is right by the ocean and it was a very quick walk or bike to everything we needed. It’s super clean and well equipped , I cooked a few meals there and the kitchen has all the tools and looks brand new. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Thank you for having my team and I! We had a great experience and everything we needed was within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again in the future! 10/10 :)”

“Beautiful place. Whether business, or pleasure, couples trip, or fellas, This is the place for you! All new appliances, kitchen, & bathrooms. Love the fact that it's only 1 block or so from all the eateries and night life of venice. Shawn was a great host. We WILL stay there again.”

“The house is ideal for visiting the area with some friends over the weekend. It is literally a stone's throw from Venice Beach area and bars such as the venice whaler. Shawn was also a responsive and attentive host, would definitely stay again!”

“Lovely quiet spot in a cosy little part of Los Angeles. For once, I didn't feel like i needed a car to get around, everything we needed was walking distance. The place itself is larger than i expected and has all the amenities you'd need + all the necessities to do some (proper) cooking yourself!”

“Wonderful stay in an amazing location. Comfortable home. Shawn was always quick to respond and was an outstanding host!”

“A great find in a perfect spot next to the pier at Marina Del Ray. 2 minutes walk to the beach and the main street with bars and restaurants. Place was like two separate suites with one on each floor giving good privacy for us as friends sharing the house. There is parking in a garage for 2 cars which is also great as it can be very busy at the weekends outside.”

“We had a great time in LA. The place was recent renovated and everything was new. The kitchen had everything and much more that we needed. Shawn was a very responsive host. We really appreciate him. I would recommend his place.”

“Shawn's place was wonderful. The location was perfect for a beach getaway: just a block from the beach and super close to lots of restaurants and amenities on Washington Blvd. Even though it was so conveniently located and walkable, it was really quiet at night, and everyone in our group reported sleeping well. The kitchen was well-equipped with lots of dishes, glasses, and cookware. Everything was really clean. Thanks to our hosts for a great stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Home was very well appointed and clean upon arrival. Loved the extra touches like the stocked coffee bar, snack basket and welcome wine. Great location steps from the beach with coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Shawn the host provided clear driving and check in instructions making finding the home and check in a breeze. I highly recommend this home.”
