The location was perfect for a beach getaway: just a block from the beach and super close to lots of restaurants and amenities on Washington Blvd. Even though it was so conveniently located and walkable, it was really quiet at night, and everyone in our group reported sleeping well. The kitchen was well-equipped with lots of dishes, glasses, and cookware. Everything was really clean. Thanks to our hosts for a great stay.”

“We had a wonderful experience here! You are steps from the beach but on a private feeling lane. There are a lot of restaurants close by and the walk to Venice is easy. The house was well appointed, clean, and we loved the interior style. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn’t get to use the courtyard, but it was also charming.”

It was such a nice addition to have the sauna. Funny story, we rented at the last minute because another airbnb was a disaster and we needed a better place. “This apartment is so close to the beach (a 1-2 min walk) and very close to Washington ave and 5 minute walk to the beautiful Venice canals. It is roomy, clean and quite comfortable. There is great lighting and you can hear and see the ocean! Shawn was an awesome, responsive host who provided clear instructions of how to enter and amenities. Highly recommend this beach getaway!”

“Very nice home and great area! We were a party of five and this home fit us very well. Very clean home and well equipped. It was a two minute walk to Venice beach and boardwalk as well as numerous restaurants and shops within two minutes! We would hang out on the back deck and sit around the gas fire pit as well as using the gas grill to cook dinner. Shawn was always very responsive with any questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property!”
