“Shawn’s place was Great. The location is a 100 yards from the beach and restaurants. You can leave your car in the garage and do everything just by walking. We also did the 3 mile walk from Venice Pier to the Santa Monica Pier and did all the Rides. Definitely worth it. 5 Star review all day long.”

“There were 6 of us at the condo and we all enjoyed the fresh air, our time at the beach, sitting together on the porch. The younger ones enjoyed the nearby place to get snacks and lunch. The condo is well equipped and one night we watched the world cup on the giant TV. It was a wonderful spot for a family reunion.”

“Spectacular location just a block from the beach with the convenience of local life and restaurants of Venice beach steps away. Layout of the home is great with divided sleeping areas, outdoor patio (getting a nice ocean breeze) and well appointed interior living room areas comfortable for lounging together with friends/family or for some private space. Shawn was friendly and proactive in communication, overall a great experience.”

That said, one thing I didn't see in the original description, this is the "lower unit" in a two unit building and when guests were staying in the upper unit the noise carried through significantly (footsteps, chairs moving). Did not detract from our stay.”
