“We loved Shawn’s home. Me and 5 of my friends came to stay for a few days and we couldn’t be happier. The house was very clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Shawn is very attentive and answered any questions we had within minutes. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants a great price in a great location!”

“Just as described. Host was able to accommodate early check in which was appreciated. Fast communication.”

“Shawn has been a great host. The communication has been great, with Shawn accommodating our group on our trip around Simi Valley. The property was very clean and spacious, just as advertised. There were fruits in the yard, which made for great contemplation periods when we had the time. The location is great, secluded enough for periods of peace and close enough to grocery stores and the like, and of course, for us, REI for our hiking needs :-) I'll definitely visit again.”

“Hey Shawn was great.he would try his best to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible.”

“Shawn was great! Great communication the whole time and was really cool about things. House is in a great location and very safe neighborhood. Area is really nice as well. Would not hesitate booking with Shawn again for whenever I’m in la. Worked with me as well as I left some stuff and he got them back to me. Amazing host and house!”
