Easy access to the freeway and lots of amenities close by. Shawn was great at communicating, even checking to make sure we were able to get in to the unit and had everything we needed. We had a great weekend!”

“House was perfect! Fairly close to Universal Studios (15$ Uber ride) and a 15-20 min walk - suitable for adults. Not so much with kids. Checking in was a non-issue. Just drive slowly as you approach as the house is located on a main road. Coffee machine with filter capsules was great. Kitchen utensils were a bit scarse. The house is very nicely planned with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, washer / dryer room etc. All accessories are in mint condition. Enjoy!”

Only complaint I had was the fight to see who gets to sleep in theater room, was a very popular room for our group to hang out in.”

“It was hard to find at first because it's hidden so well. But overall our stay was great. There were 6 of us. We all had our own space and we slept comfortably. It was clean and tidy. We were able to cook our meals during our stay which was really nice.”

“This was a perfect stay- it was so easy to get to Universal, there is an excellent Mexican restaurant close by. A grocery store was just a two minute drive and it was easy to get to and from the highway. Having a garage made parking perfect and the laundry room was great. Shawn responded to questions almost immediately. The back patio provided a lovely place to sit surrounded by ivy covered walls. This is a place I would absolutely stay again.”

“This is an amazing apartment in Hollywood/East Hollywood, very close to Paramount Studios. It has a beautiful and unique setup, with three floors and garage parking. I loved the hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. The location is great, especially for restaurants and seeing LA. Finally, Shawn is a very friendly and proactive host. Everything was perfect! I would definitely stay again.”

“Our stay at Shawn’s place was everything we wanted and needed for our group of 5. The house was super spacious with bedrooms for everyone, and the back yard was immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard space and the pool was the cherry on top. A bit cold, but there’s an option to heat it during your stay (which we did not choose). It felt super peaceful and private! Shawn was extremely responsive and offered to give recommendations if needed.”
