“My family of six (to young boys, my husband, my father, my sister, and myself) stayed for three days and it was the highlight for the boys especially. The backyard was by far our favorite. The boys played in the pool all day while the adults were able to have their pick of comfy lounge furniture to read and watch them. We would definitely stay again!”

“We LOVED this house, the layout, the pool and beauty of the backyard. The kitchen has everything to cook — keurig, coffee maker and a nespresso machine. The hand soaps and body washes smell so good, and the Dyson hair dryer was a great perk. Lovely, cozy, clean and Shawn was accessible whenever we had questions. Can't wait to come back!”

“Very convenient location. Had everything we needed. Host left a basket of snacks and lots of Keurig coffee. Enjoyed our stay and hope to stay for longer. Thank you!!”

“We loved this place! It was immaculately clean, and we loved the fact that the bedrooms were spread among the three floors of the condo, and we loved that there were 4 full bathrooms. We were no more than a 10 minute drive from all the things we wanted to do and see, and we could even see the Hollywood sign from our upper bedroom window. Highly recommend!”

“This house was so beautiful! Very conveniently located yet serene, the beds were very comfortable, and sheets were quality. The manager was so lovely and responsive. I hope to stay here again!”

“House was updated, clean, and as described. All instructions were clear and all things we needed were there. Also great location for all the “tourist” activities in LA. We were about 20 minutes away from almost everything we wanted to do!”

“Best stay ever! From the easy communication with our host, excellent location a block away from the beach. Groceries and Costco less than a 10-min drive. Restaurants and bars a 5-min walk. The hosts were thoughtful and detailed with what they put in their homes — cookware, knife set, coffee maker. Very clean home, smart furniture choices with the coastal vibe. Thanks Shawn and Team for a memorable stay!”

“We really enjoyed this property. It is a beautiful home and central to all the activities that we were doing in Los Angeles. The host is very accommodating, has great communication skills, and made our stay very comfortable.”

“We loved the location; steps from the beach and Venice pier. For a longer walk, we would easily get to nearby places like Abbot Kinney, the Canals, or Marina del Rey boat harbor. The home was nice and bright, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. It was a special bonus to have a large sauna in the house. Family of 4 agreed this was a great place to stay.”

“Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at this location for Universal Studios. Shawn made sure to keep in touch and check in that we had everything we needed. It was very closely located to Universal Studios and walkable for my family. The townhouse was very clean and exactly as pictured. The check-in/check-out instructions were very straightforward and easy. Overall a very enjoyable stay!”

“The property was beautiful and in a great location for our primary goals of Universal Studios, Warner Brother's Studio tour, and a day trip to Malibu. Very nice upgraded bathrooms, well-equiped kitchen and fantastic outdoor space with grill and pool! In fact, the pool almost ruined our vacation, the kids just wanted to swim! “Beautiful home that was very clean, had plenty of amenities, and lots of room. There was even a lemon tree in the backyard! House was in great shape and you can tell the owner's take pride in having a well kept home. We would definitely rent from Shawn again, great experience!”

“Shawn was very responsive in responding to all of our questions. Parking was limited. Our SUV had to park at a diagonal in the garage, we had to park the other vehicle down the street. The first floor has a sofa bed in the living room by the kitchen. Three of the bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. Downstairs is another couch that doubles as a bed. There was only one set of extra sheets for the two "sofabeds". The beds in the bedroom were comfortable and the location was great!”

“The location is perfect and the home was great for our family of six. Shawn was a fantastic host and communicated every step of the way from booking through departure. Highly recommend!”

“Just as advertised, spacious and balconies of the rooms was very nice. Perfect for our group. Thanks !”
