“Great place to stay at. Everything was comfortable. Our family really enjoyed the house, we would definitely stay here again ! The only thing that was a little difficult for us was the parking but it’s absolutely not any reason not to come to this great house ! We found it to be easier to back into the drive way so you can pull out instead of backing up a hill. 10/10 location :)”

“Great location if you are going to Universal Studios. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. The only bad things I have to say are that the floors were extremely dirty (causing our socks to look super filthy), one mattress is sunken (unable to sleep on) and the living furniture was very uncomfortable.”

“We loved everything about it ! It was very homey and nice and looked exactly like the pictures ! Shawn was an amazing host and very responsive to anything that we requested ! We had a last minute booking as well and was still able to be accommodated which I also sincerely appreciate !🫶🏼 loved it 10/10 highly recommend !”

“Very nice house, clean and very well stocked. Wonderful, peaceful backyard. Close to everything - we had a daughter graduating nursing downtown and it was so easy on and off freeways to get to beaches, hikes museums and downtown. Host was very good at communicating. The snack basket left for us was a sweet addition.”
