“Honestly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve booked for the price. You get a gorgeous pool, tons of amenities — outdoor dining, game room, stocked kitchen — and they even leave complimentary snacks, wine, and local coffee. Place was immaculate and host communication was A+. Worth every penny.”

“I traveled to Los Angeles for a two-day job; it was during spring break, and I didn't want to leave my family 7 hours away, so I rented this place. My family said they felt safe and very comfortable while I was out working, and that was a huge help to me, so much so that we decided to extend our stay. Our host was very friendly and helpful; we will definitely book again.”

“Shawn was a great host. Our family was in a tough spot having already had another Airbnb booked but needing another very last minute due to the first booking being unsafe to stay in. Shawn was very accommodating and responsive. His listing was as described and looked just the photos. We vacationed with our 4 kids and had more than enough room the entire time. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Great stay at Shawn’s place! Beautiful home, amazing neighborhood, and Shawn was incredibly responsive and helpful!”

“Shawn’s place was close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to move around without a car. Family friendly, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, all the amenities we needed for a great stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Shawn was able to host us at the last minute. Everything exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean. Shawn, went above and beyond, especially with the amenities. Having toiletries, snacks, utensils, a television in every room, etc., was greatly appreciated. The location was safe. The location was close to everywhere we visited. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend. Perfect for families. Very convenient with the garage and the nearby restaurants.”

“Shawn was a top notch host. He was very responsive, and got back to me immediately with any questions that I had. I would definitely stay at that Airbnb again or any others that Shawn may host!”

“Shawn's place was everything we were looking for. It was a perfect location in a quaint neighborhood with a great home layout and relaxing backyard. Shawn made the planning so easy by being so friendly and quick to respond to my messages. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Was a little hard to find the house based on GPS but after we found it, it was only 3/4 minutes away from City Walk! We also enjoyed the challenging up hill morning walks!”

“Great place and location minutes pretty much from everything kids had a blast. They loved the pool for sure. We’ll be coming back next time in California. Thank you again we appreciate.”

“AmaZING place, I’ll definitely return a few more times even tho a spider got in the house lol (we can’t stop nature) I still enjoyed and will return when I’m back in LA. The host was amazing and even sent donuts as a departing gift. I knew that gift alone was worth the whole stay. Lol I’m a sucker for donuts”

“Shawn’s place was amazing place to stay in. A nice quiet neighborhood near everything and nicely upkeep property”

“The house was amazing!!! So many rooms to accommodate a large group and very spacious. It had all the amenities a house needs to make a family feel at home. The backyard had a nice shade area with cozy chairs to relax, and the garage has some kids play area, specifically the ping pong table. The house was in an excellent location and gated which it gave us a piece of mind.”

“We had a pleasant vacation; there were 4 adults and 3 children in the home. We'd love to come again!”

“We had a nice stay here! It was really nice being super close to the beach, we walked over for sunsets which was a highlight. The host was really easy to communicate with, and it was a plus that he had plenty of beach towels for us.”

“All the amenities were very convenient, and they even thoughtfully provided small snacks. It's only a 20-minute walk to Universal Studios. The kids loved it, and our whole family had a great stay.”

“Shawn’s place was a wonderful stay for my family. The house was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. My kids especially loved the pool—it was definitely the highlight of our trip! Shawn was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. The check-in process was smooth and easy, which made everything even better. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.”

“The place is clean and spacious and in a convenient location if you have a car. Has all the amenities that you need. Would recommend it!”

“The backyard and pool was amazing, hands down my favorite part of the house. If anyone’s going to universal studios I would highly recommend this beautiful home. Check in was very easy it was just an electronic door code, there were plenty of places to eat in reasonable distance from the air bnb. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in California.”

“Wonderful location, walkable to the beach, restaurants and the canals. Private and well maintained. Outdoor space was beautiful!”

“Nice home, superbly clean. Spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Would stay again!”

“The place is nice. Comfortable beds, a weird access to the garage, but not a big deal. Everything worked. I would stay here again. The only reason I couldn't not give him a perfect review was with a hiccup when we arrived and not getting access. Shawn did his best to make this right afterwards, and I thank him for that. I believe most check in experiences go smoothly so I would not stress about this too much.”

“Shawn was friendly at all times, the house was in very good condition, and I consider it a great place to stay on the West Coast.”
