“The place is nice. Comfortable beds, a weird access to the garage, but not a big deal. Everything worked. I would stay here again. The only reason I couldn't not give him a perfect review was with a hiccup when we arrived and not getting access. Shawn did his best to make this right afterwards, and I thank him for that. I believe most check in experiences go smoothly so I would not stress about this too much.”

“Shawn was friendly at all times, the house was in very good condition, and I consider it a great place to stay on the West Coast.”

“Booked this property for a stay with 8 people and it was the perfect set up. Check in was a breeze and the property had everything we needed for 8 people, enough bath towels, blankets, seating, etc. The garage fit our Toyota sequoia perfectly as well. Shawn was an amazing host, very proactive and helpful! If you are booking a stay with multiple people and plan to be cooking most meals this can be the place for you!”

“Shawn’s place was top class, as was Shawn as our host. The house is high end and very comfortable. The location is private yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of Beverley Hills to walk. Shawn was very proactive and responsive with comms and went beyond the standard robot generated messages most hosts issue. All in all a wonderful stay which I would highly recommend to others.”

“Great stay! The home was beautifully remodeled, very clean, and had a high end feel throughout. The beds were super comfortable and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The backyard with the firepit, seating, and pool made it perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Quiet, safe neighborhood with a convenient location near great dining and attractions. Would definitely stay here again!”

“After a few recent subpar experiences, we were a bit hesitant to book Airbnb again. However, Shawn's place changed our view. I wish some other hosts were also as good as Shawn. By good, we don't mean they need to go out of their way. They just need to not "hide" anything. Shawn definitely did a good job here. The unit was as clean and well maintained as described.”

“Host communicates great and has a great response time. House was clean and ready on time for our check in.”

“Shawn was excellent at communication and always willing to help with anything we needed. He made check-ins easy and responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this house.”

“Pros - Quite Neighborhood - Safe location. Great space at home - enough for 6+ guests Nice backyard! Beds are comfortable and clean. Host is very responsive and helpful. Cons - Very run down and very basic. The floors and washroom mat was not clean. The pool wasn’t heated or clean so we couldn’t use it.”

“The home was perfect in every way. The location was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and welcoming. I would recommend this home to anyone needing a home away from home.”

“The home worked out perfectly. A few issues during the stay but Shawn was extremely responsive and sent someone to repair immediately. Need were comfortable but pillows were too flat for me. Nice linens and extra towels and pool towels were supplied. I would stay again.”
