“Had a great experience, the space is comfortable, well furnished and very well located. Just pay attention to the bed situation, one of the 3 beds is smaller and tucked to a smaller room. Also, the boardwalk along the beach gets rather sketchy at night (nothing to do with the apartment, just FYI !) would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive!”

“Was a great space for our family of 14. The pool was the highlight since we spent most of our time outside! The guesthouse was a super helpful space, especially for the younger ones to hang out and sleep and the open floor plan was nice for us all to gather and be together. Plenty of food options for pick up and delivery as well! Although not much to do in the area, it’s not far from LA and attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!”

“This was a great house for a family vacation. We were in town visiting family and it was a perfect home-base for us and our kids. We spent plenty of time by the pool. Our kids loved swimming. And there was room for everyone to have their space. Plus there is great coffee, Trader Joe’s, restaurants nearby. Shawn even got the place ready early in case we needed it (which is rare for airbnbs). He was very communicative and ready to help if needed.”

“We stayed at Shawn’s for a few days so that we could visit universal studios and the kids wanted to swim. They had a great time in the pool. The area is very quiet and was near many restaurants and stores. I walked to target and CVS. The home was clean and comfortable and only about a 20-30 min drive to Universal. “We had a great time. This is a beautiful property and with plenty of space for a large group. We had 4 adults, two 18 year olds and 4 young children and we had plenty of space. Very nice outdoor are. We all enjoyed the pool and lounging around outside. Large tv outside under covered patio with couches to relax on. Nice little weight room to get a workout in. Lots of stores and restaurants very close by. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I would stay at this property again!”
