“Parking is a bit tight I would recommend a small car to make it easier to drive inn and out easier. I drove a 7 series BMW so it’s a bit longer so parking took more time.”

“My family and I spent Thanksgiving week in Encino and needed to a place close to family who live locally. Shawn’s place was perfect for the four of us! Check-in was easy, the home was spotless, and the space+amenities met or exceeded expectations. Shawn is a great host—very proactive with instructions. Prompt, clear and kind with responses to inquiries, and had great local suggestions + recommendations. Highly recommend Shawn and his home in Encino!”

“We had a great stay, you could easily fit 8 people in just the bedrooms and I think there were blowup mattresses as well and the couches are large enough to sleep on also. Even though it was just 3 of us, you can fit a large group of family/friends comfortably. Shawn was very responsive to any of our needs. And it matches the description accurately. Overall great stay and convenient location. The garage was a tight squeeze for 2 cars, but after a few days we got the hang of it. Would stay again!”
