“Good location. Several good restaurants and bars in walking distance. There's a little exercise park and bike trail just up the road. Interesting floor plan. The house is long, and the pool is kind of hidden around back. Well-positioned for a trip to Universal Studios.”

“Luxurious getaway near the Sony Studio. My aunties came from Korea on east and west coast tour and enjoyed staying here. Shawn was very communicative and ensured that we were taken care of at all times! Thanks for allowing us to stay!”

“Pictures do not do this house justice. The location of this house was perfect. Plenty of space in the house for the amount of guest it is able to host. The house was spotless and exceeded my expectations. Shawn is a super responsive host and gave clear instructions for checking in. Checking out was just as simple. Highly recommended for either small or larger groups. It even has a garage for parking!”

“This place was such a great location if you’re going to Universal. We easily Uber’d to some of places. The place itself was in a beautiful neighborhood but still accessible to restaurants. It was clean and had everything you think you need. I loved that there were lots of places to hang out. The party people were able to hang out while I was able to hang out in the patio in my room while my other son had the entire area downstairs (literally could be a studio).”

“Awesome place to stay! Nice and clean. Shawn is a great host and responds quickly. We enjoyed your parting gift.”

“When it comes to “Gateway to Hollywood” let me tell you GREAT PROPERTY and even greater host. The home was very secure and in a part of town where everything needed was accessible. Very responsive and attentive team… they even sent a very tasty welcoming gift. 10/10 stay would definitely recommend.”

“Its a nice space, only downside it its near a main road on a corner that has tight parking. That being said its still pretty quiet and parking is do-able just a little tight for big vehicles. The beds were very comfortable and the host was easy to work with.”

“Stayed here with 16+ guests and had a blast. Shawn was very responsive and if any issue arose, he made sure to take care of it. We had mosquitoes biting our guests and when he heard, he shipped bug spray to our stay. Great communication!!”

“We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! Super clean spacious house, very well stocked kitchen (with a welcome basket and variety of coffee pods), 2 minute walk to the Venice pier, fast responses and helpful information from Shawn. Be sure to follow Shawn's directions: the place is not hard to find, but Google maps is wrong.”
