The backyard and pool area was lovely too, wish we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor space during our visit. A nice feature was garage parking in the back of the property. “Great location! Universal Studios 20m drive & 40m drive to Rodeo Dr in LA. The house was perfect, great deep pool, heating option was perfect for the kids. The beds were comfy, with nice firm matresses. There are also trails near by. Shawn (the host) was super friendly and always just a click away if you need something or have questions. Would stay again!”

“Uber clean, phenomenal location. Stayed a weekend with my adult family and loved everything about this. First, it’s super clean. You are steps off the beach and the boardwalk so access to dining and great walking areas is outstanding. Parking is included which really helps and saves money and hassle. Communication with Shawn was fast and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will stay here again if we are in the area.”

“Beautiful, chill house, close to everything, only wish I could have stayed longer! Inside everything is modern, simple and clean and the nicest backyard ever. My favorite day chilling, having lunch by the pool in the backyard, then taking a Uber to Santa Monica for dinner. My sons was Universal Studios and my daughter’s was all the shopping-L.A. Marshall’s and Brandy Melville. Everything is within a half hour.”
