The house was well appointed, clean, and we loved the interior style. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn’t get to use the courtyard, but it was also charming.”

“Great location - anywhere we wanted to go either east or west was max a ~20 min drive! Not in the prettiest parts of town in terms of walking around but can't beat the access driving to spots. Shawn was a great host that was super responsive - everything looked exactly like the pics and he was very clear in instructions!”

It was a great stay for all the generations and had plenty of TV’s and private spaces where everyone could enjoy themselves. The outdoor space blew me away and the pool was incredible. We stayed in April and were happy we paid the additional fee to heat the pool, my kids were in it every day. Thanks to the office team for their quick responses to all our needs!”

“My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The space was very clean and comfortable, and it was awesome to have beds for everyone. The location was a convenient home base for visiting area attractions, and there's plenty of good food nearby. I would note that the townhome (though itself behind a gate and walls) is right up against some commercial areas and a busy street, so we did have some occasional city/truck noises. The garage parking and driveway for entry/exit was tight but manageable.”

“This townhome was extremely close and walkable to Universal Studios. The house was clean and looked like the photos. We had an enjoyable stay in the home after a fun day at Univeral studios. It was nice to drive less than one mile away to the house at the end of the day. Shawn’s instructions were very clear and he made sure that we were able to get into the house and was response above to all questions before, during, and after our stay. Thanks again Shawn!”
