“This apartment is so close to the beach (a 1-2 min walk) and very close to Washington ave and 5 minute walk to the beautiful Venice canals. It is roomy, clean and quite comfortable. There is great lighting and you can hear and see the ocean! Shawn was an awesome, responsive host who provided clear instructions of how to enter and amenities. Highly recommend this beach getaway!”

“One thing that we didn't know for sure before we booked the place. If you are going to universal, this place cannot be beat. The apartment is indeed walking distance from Universal. It's half a mile (10 mins) to the start of city walk and another 10 mins to get to the park entry.”

“Beautiful place in a nice quiet setting. Plenty of privacy but still right up the street from all the action of the westlake area. Just a few minutes from the highway. The pictures don't do the views justice! Waking up in the master bedroom with a corner view of the canyon was wonderful. Plenty of room to walk around on the property and the game room for the kids was perfect. We would totally stay here again.”
