“This truly was an Ultimate LA getaway. Myself and 3 other chaperones enjoyed this home for a senior trip for my son and 6 of his closest friends. The accommodations were perfect all of us. Shawn as a host was proactive, responsive, and so very helpful. Hope to be able to stay here again if we are back in the area. The home was clean with great amenities! Great home!”

“The location was perfect, few steps from the beach, you can see the ocean from backyard. Few blocks from restaurants. The apartment is very well decorated and clean!”

“Shawn was very great with our super last minute booking. My stepson and two brothers enjoyed the pool one day before we headed out to six flags. We had everything we needed to cook for the kids with stores nearby to buy quick groceries. Towels were provided for the pool & for the shower which was great. We forgot shampoo and bodywash for the kids so we were really happy to see that those were provided as well! We really enjoyed our quick stay here! Thank you!”

“The accommodations were great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home was cozy and comfortable. The pool and backyard area were the best! The only downside is that the surrounding neighborhoods and commercial areas are declining. This is definitely not the hosts fault. Overall, it was a great stay. Reply to Tyler”

“We stayed here for a few days during the 4th holiday. We were 4 adults and 3 kids, and there was so much room. The house was very easy to find and close to many restaurants and stores. The pool was an added bonus and a lot of fun for the kids. The house was very well equipped with many items, we will absolutely stay here again !”

“Shawn was an incredibly accommodating host and always available. His place was perfect for our party of 5! Just steps from the beach with lots of beach chairs and a wagon to pull. The entire place was so clean and well kept too. The beds were super comfortable. And the sauna was an extra bonus to enjoy. When we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!”

“Great, clean and walking distance to universal! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Just as described very convenient location. Was in a safe neighborhood has all the amenities we needed. Definitely coming back the host very nice and responsive.”

“We were visiting with family and it worked out perfectly. We loved the pool and had lots of fun. It was also peaceful, quiet and lots of birds around which we loved. The place had all of the amenities in the kitchen (coffee!!) and the bathrooms so was very convenient. Make sure to use WiFi as cell service is not great. The only extra thing that would have made it above and beyond is if there were additional pool floaties or noodles. But not a necessity :) Overall, we had a great time.”
