“Great location if you are going to Universal Studios. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. The only bad things I have to say are that the floors were extremely dirty (causing our socks to look super filthy), one mattress is sunken (unable to sleep on) and the living furniture was very uncomfortable.”

“Very nice house, clean and very well stocked. Wonderful, peaceful backyard. Close to everything - we had a daughter graduating nursing downtown and it was so easy on and off freeways to get to beaches, hikes museums and downtown. Host was very good at communicating. The snack basket left for us was a sweet addition.”

“We were in town for my nephews graduation and needed a place where the whole family could crash, gather and hang out. This was perfect. We were close to my nephew and a short drive to his school in Malibu. The pool was perfect and entertained the younger family members. Close to restaurants in Calabasas and Westlake Village. We truly had a wonderful time and it worked out perfectly. We had a couple of issues pop up but Shawn was very responsive, helpful and worked quickly to resolve the issue.”

“This place is amazing I took my grandaughter to California for her birthday with 5 cousins and this was the perfect stay for her celebration the beds are so comfortable🥰 and the pool is a plus! The living room is very comfy for a movie or the patio area in the back equipped with a tv is a nice added touch. “This place was nice! It was a foodie trip for us! It's a 4 bedroom home and like a small living space where someone can sleep! Nice pool, very entertaining backyard. Wifi isnt so good but we just used our Hotspots on phone to watch TV. Overall great for big groups!”

“This average size house has been ingeniously fixed to handle a large group with a variety of plans! Areas to hang out, games, bbq, pool, ping pong, eating areas, etc. it was great. The amenities were sensible and communication was excellent. Accessible location if you’re a tourist and door codes and gate made life easy.”

“Perfect place for a family stay! We had six adults for a family reunion. Quiet residential street (save for some airport noise but that’s only during the day). Lots of room, comfortable beds, great back yard. The pool was very clean. Location is great, grocery, restaurants, and a nice brewery are all walking distance. Convenient to drive anywhere in the valley or Hollywood. Host is very helpful and responsive! Thanks again!”
