“This place was awesome. The house itself is huge and wide open. Master bedroom is massive with decent sizes of the other bedrooms. Kitchen was great and literally had everything you needed. The backyard was by far our favourite part. Pool was awesome, tons of space, lounge areas, tv and even a bunch of pool toys for our kid! Had plenty of sun if that’s what you want along with many shaded areas. If we ever come back to LA we will definitely be coming back to this house.”

“This place was perfect. Had a pool which was a plus. Notified Shawn BBQ was out of propane, no biggie we filled it. Next, morning Shawn had doughnuts sent over 😊 The location was perfect as we were going to Universal Studios and needed to be close to the Airport for early flight.”

“The place was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Very nice place. Also, the residence parking doesn't fit a large SUV, we had a Tahoe, and we parked 2 min away walking, where Shawn, suggested, feel very safe. Shawn, was extreamly attentive during our stay!”

“overall great stay , very clean and comfortable place. especially with two young kids having sufficient space for them to move around made the trip a lot more stress-free. one thing thats worth mentioning is the there is a homeless encampment next to the house - which raises concerns when we first reached the house. we didn't face any issues in our four day stay - as we were in the house only to crash at night”

“The home was very clean, and had lots of supplies need for a great stay. However I booked this home due to have 4 bedrooms. Unfortunately the door to the master bedroom was completely off the hinges and was not fixed during my stay. I’m sure others who booked this home must of dealt with this issue too as it looks like a long standing issue that has yet to be fixed. I just wish I would have known prior to booking that I wasn’t getting an actual 4 bedroom house.”
