“My friends and I totally enjoyed the space. It’s quite spacious and easily accommodated all 4 of us. It’s also in a great area; with close proximity to key places in LA Shawn is such a great responsive host as well. 10/10 recommend!”

“Shawn was such a great host… super communicative!!! Place was clean, he had everything like if you are at your own home.. I will definitely come back and recommend Shawn!!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable. The pool was heated, which made a big difference — though we didn’t realize there would be an extra charge for that when booking. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning to use the pool. Overall, it was a great experience”

“Awesome location! Home was spacious and clean. Other than some noise from the loading trucks and tight garage parking, we enjoyed so I'd recommend.”

“Host was amicable and responsive. Location itself was as described and a great stay.”

“Shawn was a great host, always available when I needed to contact him; the place is very nice, impeccable, excellent place to relax, large and spacious patio and pool, I really liked the atmosphere, shops around too. Highly recommended”

“One of the few places where my husband was stunned with how huge and beautiful it was. Also, so convenient that you can walk to Universal Studios. Very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns.”

“Great location for a trip to universal studios. We traveled as a family of four, two kids 10 and 5 yrs. Nice clean space to unwind after a stimulating day at universal. 4 min easy drive, turn two corners from universal. Good Mediterranean food 5min walk and great sushi 7 min walk. Would stay at this townhome again.”

“Beautiful home. About an hour away from Disneyland. It was perfect for our whole family. Host is very accommodating. Safe neighborhood. Lots of restaurants around the area. 10/10 recommend”

“We celebrated my granddaughters birthday with family and friends. And the Shawn’s place gave us everything we needed!”

“Absolutely amazing location and host! Would book again in a heartbeat. Had the best time.”

“One thing that we didn't know for sure before we booked the place. If you are going to universal, this place cannot be beat. The apartment is indeed walking distance from Universal. It's half a mile (10 mins) to the start of city walk and another 10 mins to get to the park entry.”

“The location is fantastic, and the host is VERY responsive! This place marked as the last stop for our family trip and it truly provided everything we needed and we all had a restful stay. We will definitely come back if we are with a big group. Thank you Shawn for letting us book it with short notice!”

“The place was exactly as expected. Shawn was very responsive in providing us help and answering our questions.”

“Shawn’s place was easy to get to and we felt comfortable and safe our entire stay. He was an incredibly responsive host, and we felt well taken care of. The house is exactly as pictured and offers lots of space. Would definitely stay here again!”

“A great location, conveniently located, close to different tourist attractions, and close to Korean Town.Shawn is very helpful and I'm glad to be able to stay at this place.”

“This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I was very happy to be accompanied by Shawn. The home was welcoming and relaxing. Not a single question of mine was left unanswered. When the time comes I'd love to be hosted by Shawn again!”

“Awesome place and even better location. Super close to the beach (less than a minute walk), restaurants, bars and little stores. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. Shawn the host was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond. When we go back to Santa Monica, we'll rent this place again.”

“Beautiful place in a nice quiet setting. Plenty of privacy but still right up the street from all the action of the westlake area. Just a few minutes from the highway. The pictures don't do the views justice! Waking up in the master bedroom with a corner view of the canyon was wonderful. Plenty of room to walk around on the property and the game room for the kids was perfect. We would totally stay here again.”

“We walked to Universal Studios and enjoyed walking to some bars and restaurants nearby!”

“Host and location were both great. House is in a very nice area. We loved the privacy and acceptability to LA.”

“Thank you so much for having us. My family and I had a great stay. The whole family was super comfortable and satisfied throughout the whole trip, the kids were in love with the pool. We would definitely recommend others to stay here and we would love to come back.”

“Very clean very comfortable.. Would definitely stay here again. Love the fact that I was able to have my vehicle garage kept for our entire stay. Also there was a smart and final next to us so late night snacking or cheaper dinner plans was always an option.”

“Responsive host. Location was great and away from traffic. Stores close by to shop for groceries. Great home and I’ll be back when I return.”

“Shawn was an excellent host, very responsive and informative! The home was exactly like the pictures & had some good food choices in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again”

“Very nice home and great area! We were a party of five and this home fit us very well. Very clean home and well equipped. It was a two minute walk to Venice beach and boardwalk as well as numerous restaurants and shops within two minutes! We would hang out on the back deck and sit around the gas fire pit as well as using the gas grill to cook dinner. Shawn was always very responsive with any questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property!”

“Beautiful neighborhood. everything described was correct. only issues we had was pool light didn't work, power tripped and we wernt able to use dishwasher, coffee maker or microwave. thr hammock needs replacing. All beds were very creaky when turning over etc. need to be replaced. We still liked our stay in this property and would definitely stay again!”
