“This was a great landing place for my family for our universal studios trip. the space worked well for us (3 adults and 4 kids). We were comfortable and had a good amount of information from Shawn going in plus responsiveness to any questions we had.”

“We really enjoyed staying at Shawn’s place. The house was nice and clean with very functional spaces for our needs. The house has a good access by car, and eg. grocery store (we went mainly to Trader Joe’s) was quick to reach by car. The younger kids enjoyed specifically the pool while the teenager’s prefered the video room with nice large screen and comfortable cinema-style seats. 😊 We really enjoyed our vacation in Los Angeles area!”

“The backyard with the pool and water slide were by far our favorite aspect of the house! There were some issues we ran into (e.g. the queen sofa bed in the office is not actually a queen, it's more of a large twin which I had asked for photos of it beforehand but they didn't have any) which was annoying because we wanted to make sure everyone in our group had a nice bed to sleep on. However, Shawn was always super responsive and quick to find us a solution to make our stay better!”

We saw deers in the yard as we parked our cars and the outdoor patio was large and private. Shawn did an early check in with us to see if we had any questions and were doing ok. “Overall great stay. The place was clean, safe and spacious. The garage is tandem and the front part is smaller than the back, but we were able to squeeze our minivan and or Toyota Camry but had to squeeze ourselves out or exit through the trunk lol.
