“My family had a great time at Shawn’s house. The house is as described, very clean, maintained with the goodies like coffee, snacks and everything you need to make you feel at home. Our communication was excellent, we did extend our vacation for three more days and Shawn was very friendly and open to help us do it. Highly recommended, specially for families going to Universal. The garage is big for a big SUV. I would stay with Shawn in the future. Thank you for everything.”

“Shawn was a great host and super helpful. The house was clean and inviting. Although, we didn’t come at a time to use all the amenities, the pool looked great.”

“Shawn was an amazing host. This was a great value for the size, location and amenities. Very close to Universal- definitely walkable. Highly recommend!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic stay at Shawn’s place! From the beginning, he was incredibly friendly and highly responsive, always quick to answer any questions and ensure everything was going smoothly. When a power outage occurred, he handled the situation professionally and fairly, even refunding the deposit on the same day as checkout. His thoughtfulness and great communication made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend staying here—Shawn is a top-notch host!”

“Hi Shawn, We truly truly enjoyed your place. It's absolutely beautiful. I appreciate the emails regarding the rules, but think that perhaps one email would have been enough.. especially about the noise. I think I might have been more sensitive to the emails because of my own lived experiences as a black woman being stereotyped as loud. Again, we truly enjoyed your home but i just wanted to bring that to your awareness. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host.”

“Shawn was so responsive leading up to and during our stay. His home was beautiful and fit the needs of our stay perfectly. This airBnB helped make my wedding weekend a complete success.”

“Great host who was very responsive and thoughtful. I don’t blame the person who runs their locations when the cleaning crew doesn’t do the best job so I always communicate to the host.”

“Beautiful location and comforting amenities! Shawn was communicative and a great host.”

“This Air BnB has everything we needed. Pro's. Great Air BNB for our family of 6. We came to Hollywood to attend the Lakers game and universal studios, and both a short distance. beds were super comfy. Great showers, In gated complex Has a parking garage (super tight for two cars) view of the Hollywood sign from main bed Con (nothing to do with the air BNB) but the street cleaner behind the complex blower vacning the leaves at 1am was offensive. Thanks”

“My friends and I had the misfortune to travel to LA during the recent wildfires. Shawn was in constant communication with us and when we sadly had to evacuate our original booking, Shawn was able to get us into another property within 30 minutes. Shawn truly went above and beyond, we will definitely be booking with him again in the future.”
