“What an amazing stay! Check in was easy and smooth, the house was very clean and cool when we walked in. Everything was just like the description just an amazing place at an amazing location. This has been a great get away for us plus just a walk away from numerous stores and restaurants, and with universal studios and city walk just minutes away there is plenty of places to go to during the day or night! It accommodated us very well and it was a very kid friendly place. We as well felt very safe staying in this area. “shawn's place is even bigger than it seems in the pictures! the property is rather large which gave plenty of spaces for our group to have togetherness and alone time when desired. neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. i was grateful for the air purifiers available in the house as it helped me not to have an allergic reaction to any pet dander (didnt see any hair or anything, i just have an acute allergy). space was clean, comfortable, and enjoyed by all. would stay here again.”

“House is perfect if you’re coming with a big party and very close to the highway. Nice patio area and Shawn was excellent with communication and being available. Also refunded me for the gas for the grill and even rounded up the total a few dollars which was very nice. Great stay overall, would recommend!”
