“Great house/location! Was close to Universal Studios and central to where we needed to go. We loved the pool and outdoor seating/TV area. Plenty of beach towels for the pool. Clean kitchen and had what we needed to make meals. Shawn and team was very responsive and provided clear instructions and made sure to check in during our stay. “It’s just as pictured. Stayed for three nights & had a great time. I had a party of 7, we were there to visit Universal, Venice Boardwalk & just see the sights. This location was conveniently situated to all & LAX. Shawn is very helpful & communicates throughout, place was clean & lots of fun to stay at. Ping pong table was a hit & so was the pool. It’s easy to find & lots of places to eat nearby.”

“This is indeed a rare find, the place is actually much better than the photos. We had a large family reunion with 4 kids and everyone had a fantastic time. Shawn is super responsive, he was responding back promptly even at 1:00am! The hair dryer was broken, Shawn got it replaced in 5 mins without us asking. The kitchen and utensils specifically could have been better but Shawn said they are in the process of upgrading. Overall, an amazing place - we made lots of memories.”

Easy checkin, clean and amenities as stated were available. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner and was so relieved to see these. Also happy to see coffee available as well! Also loved that we had our own garage space to park our van. Highly recommend Shawn’s place. We will for sure come back the next time we are in town.”
