“Great house/location! Was close to Universal Studios and central to where we needed to go. We loved the pool and outdoor seating/TV area. Plenty of beach towels for the pool. Clean kitchen and had what we needed to make meals. Shawn and team was very responsive and provided clear instructions and made sure to check in during our stay. We really loved this house and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!”

“It’s just as pictured. Stayed for three nights & had a great time. I had a party of 7, we were there to visit Universal, Venice Boardwalk & just see the sights. This location was conveniently situated to all & LAX. Shawn is very helpful & communicates throughout, place was clean & lots of fun to stay at. Ping pong table was a hit & so was the pool. It’s easy to find & lots of places to eat nearby.”

“This is indeed a rare find, the place is actually much better than the photos. We had a large family reunion with 4 kids and everyone had a fantastic time. Shawn is super responsive, he was responding back promptly even at 1:00am! The hair dryer was broken, Shawn got it replaced in 5 mins without us asking. The kitchen and utensils specifically could have been better but Shawn said they are in the process of upgrading. Overall, an amazing place - we made lots of memories.”
