“Shawn was a super responsive and helpful host! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! Our favorite thing to do was swim in the pool especially during the hot summer weather and loved that there were pool noodles and a floatie! Overall, my party was extremely comfortable and had no worries about the area. Thank you Shawn!”

“Thank you Shawn, we had a great stay and the house was perfect for our family of 5. Very practical, nice and we loved the pool! We highly recommend. It’s located in a quiet street close to Parks and shops.”

“Beautiful, lovely, and spacial house on the top of a hill. Sufficient bed rooms and spaces, easily hold my family with 7 people. Huge patio, lots of fun having outside lunch, or see the stars in the night. Shawn was very kind and generous offering us a bottle of wine and oranges! Definitely a great house for a family getaway or visiting LA area. Close and very easy to reach LA downtown. The best house I have used so far with AirBnb.”

“Shawn always stayed connected with us and tried to immediately solve anything we asked him about. Thanks, Shawn!”

“Shawn has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Extremely effective, friendly in communication and fast response. Welcomed right at home. Great house and amenities. Highly recommended.”

“Our stay was short, but Shawn was an excellent host! The place was exactly as pictured. Shawn is very helpful and very responsive. This is a super convenient place for trips to universal studios (4 minute drive) with a family of 4 to 5 members. House amenities were perfect for a family away from home. Host was extremely responsive. The home is great, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again for sure. Thank you again Shawn for hosting us”

“Despite a few hiccups when we arrived, our stay was lovely! Shawn and his team were extremely responsive and helpful! They were open to any and all recommendations to make the stay better for future visitors! They also provided a nice personal touch with surprise donuts being delivered on our last morning there! All and all, it was a pleasure to stay at Shawn’s place!”

“Shawn is the hoster. The place is fantastic, it's clean 👌, and quiet. I and my family we really enjoyed, we can go back there anytime when we travel to LA.”

“Shawn was an excellent host! The place was exactly as pictured. Shawn is very helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend!”

“It's our second time visiting LA and we absolutely love Shawn's place. Nice and clean, and fit our family perfectly. It's not far from the Hollywood sign, sunset blvd, Hollywood blvd etc. if you are driving. Also it's not far from Korean Town if you would like to try some authentic Korean food :)”

“Shawn and his team were extremely responsive and kind.. the house was amazing and my family had a great time. We would 100% book this house again.”

“Beautiful and clean interior! This place exceeded our expectations and my family instantly felt comfortable. Shawn and his team were quick to respond to any accommodation we needed. This listing is a great find for the price!”

“Beautiful home, very clean. Shawn is very responsive. Location is great and everything was as described.”

“Shawn was a great host. He communicated in a timely manner. The house was amazing and immaculate. I would 100% recommend Shawn’s house everyone.”

“This was a great landing place for my family for our universal studios trip. the space worked well for us (3 adults and 4 kids). We were comfortable and had a good amount of information from Shawn going in plus responsiveness to any questions we had.”

“The pool was nice the house was roomie kitchen nice and clean Shawn was very nice and was very responsive”

“The house and backyard exceeded our expectations. During our stay I was texting my friends and family the listing details b/c the pool was so cool. Highly recommend.”

“Shawn is a great host with a lovely home. This is our second time staying at one of Shawn’s properties and it was well worth it both times. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious for our large group. It is close to the freeways and grocery shopping. The pool is great, we were able to relax and enjoy the yard. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.”

“Great host. House was nice, but it’s in a very inconvenient location. I was able to get a large vehicle up the mountain that’s basically single lane all the way up. Ubers have a very hard time finding the house. Other than that the house is nice.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. Shawn was very responsive to any messages and questions that we had. The proximity to Universal Studios was great! Being able to park in the garage was really nice. Our kids loved having the option to each sleep in their own twin bed and the fold down bed in the living room. We would stay again in the future!”

“Boligen ligger i et roligt og hyggeligt villakvarter. I gäafstand til mange restauranter og indkob. Vi fik mulighed for at tjekke ind tidligere - super service.”

“We really enjoyed staying at Shawn’s place. The house was nice and clean with very functional spaces for our needs. The house has a good access by car, and eg. grocery store (we went mainly to Trader Joe’s) was quick to reach by car. The younger kids enjoyed specifically the pool while the teenager’s prefered the video room with nice large screen and comfortable cinema-style seats. 😊 We really enjoyed our vacation in Los Angeles area!”

“Great home my family and I had a great time together Shawn is a great host communication is great as well thank you for everything 😄hope to come back again”

“The backyard with the pool and water slide were by far our favorite aspect of the house! There were some issues we ran into (e.g. the queen sofa bed in the office is not actually a queen, it's more of a large twin which I had asked for photos of it beforehand but they didn't have any) which was annoying because we wanted to make sure everyone in our group had a nice bed to sleep on. However, Shawn was always super responsive and quick to find us a solution to make our stay better!”

“My family and I truly enjoyed our time at Shawn’s home. Shawn was extremely communicative, kind and even accommodated my budget for the stay! We loved the backyard, we didn’t want to leave the pool. The kitchen was stocked and I had everything I needed to make a homemade dinner. I recommend Shawn’s home to any group traveling to LA.”

“It was a beautiful house. My family and I enjoyed staying in this great property.”

“Shawn’s place was super clean with awesome amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool and ping pong table most of all. The home is situated in good neighborhood. Quick access to local stores and markets. Affordable price for our stay too was a plus, and very responsive. We had a great time! Thanks again Shawn!”

“Shawn was very proactive in communication which was great, and the house worked well for our one night in the area before heading to CSUN for an event”

“Love this airbnb and all the amenities. Will definitely recommend our friends and family to stay here. Host is super responsive!”
