“Nice home, my team really liked it and has everything we needed for our stay. Also very responsive host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Great week in LA. Shawn quickly responded to any questions we had. We traveled to Disneyland and Universal while staying at the house and enjoyed sitting outside by the pool when at the house. Our only complaint was traffic in LA. Absolutely nothing to do with Shawn or the house, just California traffic!!”

“Shawn was very responsive and helpful given the last-minute booking. The home was clean, modernist, and peaceful. Despite it being near the airport, we didn't feel annoyed or bothered by the air-traffic, and enjoyed a peaceful time in this home all weekend. We also didn't get to use the pool but it was clean and looked great. Thanks Shawn!”

“Incredible place to enjoy in Beverly Hills! Shawn is an amazing host, house is gorgeous and extremely well stocked with everything you need and even things you didn't know you needed and are very luxurious. We can't wait to stay again!”

“Foi uma estada muito boa em Los Angeles! Proximo da Universal, fácil acesso, confortável e com estacionamento com tamanho ótimo. O espaço possui muitos detalhes para uma estada excelente! Obrigada por tudo Shawn! Recomendo muito!”

“We didn't leave the house! Between the pool, water slide, grill area and movie room, we had plenty to do. The rooms are huge and perfect for families. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Shawn is an awesome host with a perfect house for a family get away. In a good calm neighborhood”

“We stayed for a month and loved the place. We had to make arrangements at the last minute when another host cancelled on us and Shawn was super accommodating and helpful! The house is spacious and has all the amenities you will need. Check in was easy. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable even with all our smart devices going. No problems with anything. Shawn was even friendly and easy when a packaged was delivered after check out. Staying here was a sigh of relief and an absolute pleasure”

“Great stay clean no complaints. 5 stars movie theater with peloton bike and workout equipment. If you can drive like me then the hilly driveway should not be a problem”

“We had a great mini getaway. Nice pool. Beautiful home, very clean. Fully-stocked kitchen. Friendly host. Shawn and his team were very responsive and professional. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Shawn!”

“We stayed in another apartment from Shawn next door which was perfect. When we had to extend our stay, this apartment was already booked though. But Shawn offered to us to move to this one for our 2 extra days which was as good as the first one and Shawn helped us to adjust the check-out time and check-in into the new place which was greatly appreciated! The apartment was perfect, comfortable and clean with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. I would stay there again! Thank you.”

“I really appreciated the communication with Shawn & team. From the first day to the end of our stay. Helpful, open and flexible. The venue felt like a home from the first night. The hummingbirds around the house were fun and something that we had not experienced before. We will certainly like to live at the same home the next time visiting LA! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-stars easily!”

“Great house. Feels very secluded. Shawn and team were super responsive and communicated clearly.”

“The apartment was perfect for our group, brand new place, extremely clean with everything you need to cook at home, soap, shower gel etc provided. It is exactly as presented in the pictures. All the instructions for the self check in and orher info were very clear. I appreciated the reactivity of Shawn and his team for any question we had. The beds are comfortable. Thank you again!”

“This property was a great location for our weekend at Universal Studios. Definitely walking distance but we chose to drive. Easy, quick access to the freeway for our drive to the Walk of Fame. Property was very clean and had everything in the kitchen we needed. Loved that we were able to do laundry before we left. Will use again for our next visit and highly recommend. Shawn and his time were very responsive to anything we needed. 5 stars for us!”

“I had a great time at Shawn's place! It comfortably fit my group of 6, and there were plenty of games in the house which we appreciated (especially pacman!) The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels available. While the pool was unheated, it was 100% comfortable for my stay in early May! Shawn was very communicative, As someone who isn't native to LA, this location was great! (Safe, lots of restaurants, + close to everything!) Looking forward to staying here again. :)”

“Our experience was nothing short of amazing. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the memories made. We would highly recommend Shawn’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and charming accommodation. We can’t wait to return!”

“Staying here was absolutely awesome. Steve and his team were responsive and super helpful! The pool was great. I believe the deep end is 6ft which is perfect for kids. Definitely ask to get the pool warmed up. It's an extra charge but totally worth it! Loved the entertainment room!”

“Shawn's place was great. The outdoor space is one of the best l've encountered at an AirBnb for hangout purposes. Very much enjoyed the stay.”

Shawn was super responsive even with our last minute reservation. We hope we can return some day!!!”
