We were 6 total and everyone had their own space for privacy and a nice so to come together. I had to work early mornings so the downstairs bedroom was perfect! Overall would definitely recommend!”

“Excellent spacious condo. Well stocked modern kitchen. Nice roomy living room and relaxing patio with amenities for dining and grilling. Right next to Venice Beach, restaurants and Starbucks all less than a minute or two walk. Host Shawn was very helpful and accommodating. Area is private, peaceful in a very nice beach neighborhood. We will definitely return when we are back in area.”

“The house was clean and comfortable overall, and the host was very nice and accommodating. We really appreciated the later check-out time that the host allowed us—it was very helpful. The home is definitely on the older side and could use some updating and maintenance. There were quite a few areas where things looked worn or had spots/stains, which took away a bit from the overall experience. That said, we appreciated the cleanliness, the host’s kindness, and the flexibility with check-out.”

The neighborhood is quiet and secure (note that during the day, there are a few planes passing by from nearby Burbank Airport, which you can hear if you are in the garden, but not in the house). Shawn was very responsive and responded to all our requests. Everything is within easy reach: Universal Studios, the L.A. museums...!”
