“I would rate 5 stars across the board but, the noise coming from the next door business was so annoying at the crack of dawn. Plus the sunlight coming thru those thin shades extra annoying. Besides those 2 small thing Shawn’s townhome was beautiful, spacious, very clean & catered to all our needs with being a family of 7.”

Came equipped with paper, towels, utensils, entertainment, and many other things to make my stay feel as homey and easy as possible. Very nice and big house with a pool that is taken care of and would definitely recommend for any others looking for a place to stay.”

Shawn is an excellent communicator with detailed arrival instructions and checked up on us when we were there to make sure we didn’t need anything (we didn’t). “Shawn and his team did amazing! The instructions were clear and I had no issues finding the house despite the fact that it really is hidden away. It was very private and quiet up there. Amazing views of Universal Studio’s as well as the surrounding mountains. I didn’t have to drive more that 20 minutes to do almost everything I came to do in the city, so it was located very well. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Los Angeles!”

“This property was perfect for our group of 6 (three adults, three kids). There were some snacks available upon our arrival and there is a grocery store right next door. Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient and I appreciated the security of the gate around the property. Our minivan fit into the garage, however it is a tight fit so everyone would get out of the van before my husband parked the car. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Shawn’s place!”

“The listing matched the interior pictures exactly. I was not prepared for the surrounding neighborhood. It did not feel safe. Luckily there was a gate around this property. All night there was a lot of noise from the surrounding neighborhood. It was hard to get a good night’s rest.”
