Listing isn’t clear about the number of beds but 12 can sleep on beds, fold-out couch beds, or the couch and there was a queen size air mattress in addition. Was great to accommodate my family! The pool is perfect. Lovely palm trees and sitting area outside. Big kitchen with lots of storage. A real find!”

“This place was perfect for our trip to universal. It was within walking distance of universal although you do have to walk up hill to get there and at almost 8 months preggo that was fun lol but it is super close and that saved us on car parking. Place is beautiful and would definitely stay again. Shawn is also really sweet and writes back immediately to any concerns or questions you have.”

“This is an incredibly nice newly renovated home. The house was impeccable inside, and there is a beautiful pool out back with a cabana shaded seating area if the suns too hot. The beds were all super comfy, and the kitchen and bathrooms were pristine with brand new everything. I have already planned to stay there again when I return to the Los Angeles area next month.. Five Stars!!”

The neighborhood is incredibly quiet; which was great for our stay, but i would not recommend if your plan is to be a little rowdy. The house was clean, with a well-appointed kitchen, ample linens and towels, and suitable furniture. The backyard and pool was well attended and clean. All in all, we had a great stay.”
