Shaun was super considerate in providing what we could need as a family of five. This goes from books, TV, play areas, down to snacks and shampoo!”

“The listing matched the interior pictures exactly. I was not prepared for the surrounding neighborhood. It did not feel safe. Luckily there was a gate around this property. All night there was a lot of noise from the surrounding neighborhood. It was hard to get a good night’s rest.”

“The best part of this place is actually the pool! The backyard is spacious, green and well decorated with a fun cabana! The kids loved the pool and wanted to just stay there the whole time. We appreciated that there was extra space in the pool house, perfect to segregate some teens from each other and clean and bright. We also appreciated the large dining area and big open space in which to congregate, this was perfect for our group!”

The place was conveniently located to Universal Studios about a 10 minute walk even in the 95° weather, it wasn’t a bad walk due to its location. The place was clean and laid out as described. Very nice with new furniture and and a modern style. Oh, not to forget the attached parking garage, which was very nice due to the temperature this week.”
