“The house was a wonderful oasis for our big family with all the amenities you could desire. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to make a big dinner for a large group. We had a couple minor issues during the visit but the host was communicative and they were resolved quickly. I would definitely come back.”

“We stayed for 5 days, great house peaceful and private..! We had plenty of room for the entire family. We had a couple issues with the AC but Shawn resolved them immediately. It felt like we were staying at home. Thank you for everything.”

“We had an awesome time staying here! Shawn was an extremely responsive and helpful host and stayed in touch to ensure we had a perfect stay. We chose the location due to its proximity to Universal Studios. The apartment is located on a somewhat busy/loud street but you wouldn’t know it once you’re inside. The apartment was squeaky clean and very comfortable and we had everything we might need. Would definitely stay again for another Universal Studios trip!”

“There were a few problems with plumbing but luckily it was on our last day. The pool was nice and the house was just as described.”

“Behind several security for in a relatively busy space. I wouldn't call it residential. But it was right next to Universal City and we felt safe inside the building. We didn't use the outside space as the neighbors we having a party and we would have been their only view.”

“Shawn's house was excellent. We travelled to LA with a party of 7 and everyone was happy and comfortable. I would gladly stay here again.”

“Very beautiful and cozy home. Shawn hosted me and my family for 5 days in LA and i can confidently say we will be staying here again. Thank you for everything!”

“Wonderful place to stay at for a wonderful visit in the area. Cozy home interior and exterior. Would recommend to anyone that would visit the LA area”

“House was great. Met all our needs and expectations. Only issues were out of Shawn's control. The neighbor the middle bedroom shares a wall with ran up the stairs in the middle of the night, waking us up. Then there was an altercation in the parking lot behind the unit which LAPD responded to. Woke the whole house up. If not for the noise, place would've been perfect.”

“This property will exceed your expectations. The views are amazing. The ambiance & setting was out of this world. Every amenity one would want or desire was available. The host was quick to respond to our every query. We will be back again!”
