“We had a very lovely stay at Shawn’s place. We were unlucky with the weather in LA but enjoyed the outside area anyways with the heated pool and firepit. Note that the pool heating is only turned on the morning of check-in day so the pool is only at temperature on the second or (if it’s cold like it was for us) third day. The whole house including the kitchen is well equipped. Shawn and his team are very responsive and communicate well.”

“The most important thing to me was that you could actually LIVE in this airbnb. The rules were reasonable and I didn't feel like I was in a museum or part of the clean up crew. The next coolest thing was the sheer amount of restaurants in the area - you can eat whatever you want. The home is beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. There's a TV in every bedroom! And you can pull your car right up to the front door. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This SFH is well located at West LA that is close to all the major attractions such as the universal studio. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood during the day and night. It’s clean, well equipped and spacious with four bedrooms that is great for a few families like us that are traveling together.”

It’s a very quiet place to stay despite being in the city, you can obviously expect the usual sounds of the city, but nothing aside from the occasional siren. “Perfect setup for my entire family of 4 adults and 2 teens. House felt brand new with quality and tasteful furnishings, linen, appliances and excellent central AC/heating. Location was convenient and near the freeway but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Pool was heated for a reasonable extra charge and was great to relax in even in the winter. Shawn is obviously an experienced and great host who clearly knows how to please his guests. Will be back!”

“Shawn was a very responsive host and his house is immaculate. the beds are the most comfortable we've experienced in a rental house. Be aware that the key pads to open the front gate and the front door are very hard to see at night and you will need to use a flashlight to use them. Additionally, if you have mobility challenged people in your group, there are no railings on the stairs in the house to get to the dining room or the primary bathroom, or on the three steps to enter the house.”
