“Wonderfully close to Universal Studios, AND comfy beds! This place was perfect for our family trip. It’s not often I stay at an Airbnb and have the thought “I should come back to this exact spot,” but the first impression was great and the night’s sleep (comfortable and quiet; even my teenage daughter commented on her rest in the 2nd bedroom) was an unexpected surprise. Grateful to the host for making it easy and enjoyable.”

“Excellent option if you want to be close to the action while still having a quiet stay. Highly recommended!”

“Best Airbnb experience I’ve had in years! Shawn is a fantastic host, and the home was so thoughtfully appointed, clean and spacious. Our 12 year old wanted some private space so she stayed in the huge master closet with the air mattress, so it felt like a 6 bedroom. We enjoyed the outdoor area, and the house was perfect for our group of 11. Could not have been better. Don’t hesitate to book, it’s well worth it!”

“It’s was exactly what we needed Thank you and I’m sure we will be in touch in our next visits.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was so cozy, comfortable and well-designed, located in a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. Shawn and his team were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. My family had a wonderful time, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!”

“Our stay was great, it was big enough for my family and a few friends. Nice quiet neighborhood. Shawn was very fast responsive to all my messages. Loved how close and easy it was to Universal Studios.”

“We had an amazing stay. We came for a birthday and were impressed with the house. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the beds were extremely comfortable. More than enough room for everyone. There were a few spider webs and crumbs but nothing we couldn’t clean up ourselves. Other than that we had a great time and the house was beautiful. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Cali.”
