On top of that, the place was perfect for us - clean, well-equipped, and close to amenities, including Griffith Park where we took our kids, and Dodger Stadium where we attended a ballgame. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of Shawn’s places again.”

“We just spent three fabulous days in La La Land in Shawn’s house. The location was very close to Hollywood and within easy walking distance of the great sites. I would warn anyone who is not used to big cities that there are homeless camps nearby. We expected this and we still felt very very safe in the house and neighborhood. The house is a bit older but was comfortable and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Shawn was quick to answer any questions and was a fabulous host.”

“Shawn has been a great host. The communication has been great, with Shawn accommodating our group on our trip around Simi Valley. The property was very clean and spacious, just as advertised. There were fruits in the yard, which made for great contemplation periods when we had the time. The location is great, secluded enough for periods of peace and close enough to grocery stores and the like, and of course, for us, REI for our hiking needs :-) I'll definitely visit again.”

“An amazing spot to stay. It was just me but I felt safe and taken care of ! My friends loved hanging out in the magical backyard. I fell in love with the bunnies and humming birds in the back yard. A quick walk to a famous vegan spot from Tabitha Brown. Amazing little coffee area up. Clean and smelled great!”

“The home was perfect, it’s gated for security and has a wonderful view, especially in the morning for a sunrise workout on the back deck. There’s a Ralph’s, Starbucks, great cafe for breakfast and food trucks all less than two minutes, yet you’re still removed from the hustle and bustle of L.A. perfect location. The home itself is clean and well laid out. My family and I will definitely be staying again for future trips.”

“Had a few hiccups on arrival but Shawn was readily available and able to resolve them. Overall it was a pretty decent area to stay in. Not too far away from downtown LA. If you’re coming to visit Los Angeles and have a car, this would be a good stay as the location is within reach of most of the things you’re going to sightsee!”
