“Great communication and an alright location, parking was confusing at first but became easy once you know. Rooms where nice and the house was very clean.”

“The house was wonderful, very clean and easy to find. Shawn was not only responsive but proactive about our stay and even was able to offer us a flexible check in when we overestimated our arrival. We stayed busy enough we never really saw the neighborhood during the day, but it was quiet while we were there at night. Only note I would give is that the shared patio gate is really hard to open, but that’s a minor detail in the big picture.”

“Highly recommend this incredible stay just 30-40 min to Malibu, Santa Monica, etc. Clean, sparkling pool. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely book again!”

“1. The host communicated very promptly. 2. Four bedrooms are enough for 8 people, but the rearmost of the two parking spaces requires some parking skills. 3. The room was clean and well-equipped, as shown in the pictures. 4. The location is very convenient, with fast food restaurants and grocery stores nearby, but the soundproofing isn't great.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Culver City. The location was incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for our family of five. Our oldest son loved playing the piano, filling the house with lovely music that we all enjoyed. The host was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the central location made it easy to access beaches and other local attractions. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!”

“The outdoor space is incredible, loved hanging by the pool and the fire pit during the day. It's super peaceful definitely feels luxe. The home is huge and our group of 6 had lots of space to spread out and relax. And our Shawn was responsive and helpful. We had a lovely stay!”

“The house is located in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family of 8 from 7 - 88 yrs old. There is plenty of room for us to enjoy each other’s company but also to have our own space when desired. The backyard with the pool is a very relaxing place to chill.”

“Sweet little oasis. Spacious enough for our family of 6 to spread out, while it also had multiple spaces for us to come together throughout our stay. Lots of quality restaurants/grocery/external ammenities. Very convenient for what we needed. Close enough to the beaches and chaos of LA as well. We loved our time”

“Had a wonderful time at the house. Plenty of room to gather or for privacy. The kids loved the pool (which did not need heating at end of June). My son & I enjoyed the ping pong table. Everyone had fun with the arcade and excited when able to include initials in the top 10. There were just enough rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. Thank you, Shawn, for hosting us!”

His listing was exactly what was offered and was honest about everything. I would recommend Shawn and his listing to people I know because we as a family enjoyed our stay and are very satisfied!”

“Great place, nice, clean host really attentive clear instructions and safe neighborhood.”

“Shawn’s place was Great. The location is a 100 yards from the beach and restaurants. You can leave your car in the garage and do everything just by walking. We also did the 3 mile walk from Venice Pier to the Santa Monica Pier and did all the Rides. Definitely worth it. 5 Star review all day long.”

“Shawn was an amazing host…very communicative and responsive. The house was so well appointed with everything you needed to make you feel at home.”

“Really enjoyed my stay and the house. If you have a pet be careful with the bushes in the back because there ere tics back there. A lot of beautiful nature and the pool /cave amusement park was my favorite 😍”
