“We had a great stay in Encino. Shawn was super responsive and very helpful. We had a small issue with the pool, but he had the answer and it was quickly fixed. The house has everything you could need, and the outdoor space was great. Beds were really comfy and the whole house was like a home from home. A grocery store is a short walk away and the Interstate is nearby making L.A. and its surroundings very accessible.”
