“Shawn gave us great hospitality from start to end, always answering my questions within the hour.House was immaculately clean. Loved the stay and will come back next summer for the whole week. Much Appreciated”

“First off let me say that Shawn is a very good host. He was attentive and helpful. We have a big family and was worried about the size of the house. Well, I had nothing to worry about. The house was big enough and even had a pack n play for the baby to sleep in. The pool was a big hit with the kids. It was beautifully maintained. The area was safe and the location was ideal for the places we visited. Overall, the house was very clean I’m so very happy that we chose the house instead of a hotel.”

“Privacy, pool, beautiful backyard, clean, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and LOCATION!!! I stayed with my family of 4 and this house was perfect for us (easily can accommodate more people). Shawn and team are very responsive, helpful and friendly. There is a Trader Joe’s one block away, 7Eleven and more!! Universal Studios is just 15/20 min driving and Malibu 35 min. I would definitely choose this property again. Thank you Shawn and team!!!”

“Great location Nice neighborhood, house is clean, pool water was cold, kids used only once Strict rules to be quiet outside the house Because apparently neighbors complain a lot Received the rules like 4 times before the check in.”

“Great space for our 10 people vacation. The pool was perfect. Super deep for the kids to jump into without risking getting hurt.”

“Home was clean and inviting. Our group of 12 felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Thank you Shawn.”

“The house was very clean and comfortable with the exception of the dead roaches on the floors when we arrived. We notified our host who explained that the roaches must have crawled out after the last exterminator visit and cleaning. Other than that, the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It suited our large family very well. The beds were very comfortable.”

“Great place to stay! Host is very friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend it!”

“Shawn was very responsive and helpful given the last-minute booking. The home was clean, modernist, and peaceful. Despite it being near the airport, we didn't feel annoyed or bothered by the air-traffic, and enjoyed a peaceful time in this home all weekend. We also didn't get to use the pool but it was clean and looked great. Thanks Shawn!”

“Great house and amazing host! Very proactive and responsive, always tried to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied!”
